Better Than Bouillon Premium Seasoned Vegetable Base, Shelf-Stable, 8 oz Jar

My brother and his partner are vegetarian. I've tried so many brands of chicken flavored broth and all are absolutely nasty and oily except this brand, but every one of their stocks are amazing too. I keep it on hand for "no-chicken and dumplings" and honestly it's the best.

We keep all of these flavors on hand. They are a staple for us. I understand chefs are now using them instead of hiring a stock sous chef, LOL. A great time saver and quick gravy maker. Very salty so a little goes a very long way, as per instructions.

While the smell was a little off for me, I used it to cook my greens in and my family absolutely loved it! I'm not one for certain vegetables, I normally eat just enough to satisfy a daily requirement, but I even found myself getting more with my meal.

Every flavor of this product is excellent! It's the only kind I will use anymore for soups, gravies %26 stir fry! It's the best quality %26 the flavor is perfect! Everything I cook using this receives compliments %26 everyone goes for second helpings! I recommend completely %26 always keep several jars in my cabinet!

I know some people are iffy on different bouillon options but I am really glad I found this! My mom has always used the powder/cube versions of bouillon so I was initially looking for one of those when I came across the Better Than Bouillon veggie base. My family and I really love the flavor this gives in soups, stews, gravys, sauces, etc. I will reach for this every time, especially when I need to stretch homemade broth and stock. I prefer the veggie base over the chicken and roast beef bases.

Add depth of flavor to soups, stews and vegetable dishes using this jar! No need to purchase vegetable broth for your dishes when you can make whatever amount you want by adding water to this product. It takes up less space and is there when you need it. This product keeps a long time when refrigerated.

BTB is top notch. Always makes tasty broth for any dish you use it in. The turkey broth is hard to find though and that's a bummer. But I always use the chicken and beef for soups and more. It is salty so I always use less salt when using this product

I never use bouillon, but I came across this item and the reviews were mostly positive, so I decided to give it a chance. I read that just a little goes a long way, so I used about 1/2 tsp. This item is 'pasty', not a solid chunk. I just stir it into broth when I cook rice, and even add it to chicken. So many options! And it tastes pretty good! The big negative is that it's quite expensive. But in the end, it's worth it!

This concentrated bouillon in a bottle is a pantry staple. I always have multiple jars in stock, and it is one of the few items I use regularly, as I enjoy a lot of soups and stews. The flavor is quite robust and needs to be calibrated accordingly. I recently discovered that this brand also makes vegetarian chicken and beef-flavored bases, although they are not available yet at Walmart. The vegetable base is my favorite and the one I use 95% of the time. The flavor concentrate imparts just the right amount of richness, giving the impression of a dish slow-cooked over many hours. An essential pantry item in my kitchen.

This is the best bouillon, hands down. Store in the fridge. Lasts forever...I use it all the time, when sauteeing veggies, in pasta, a cup of broth, as well as for its intended purpose. I've used it for years; my kitchen would be incomplete without it.
