The item had a chemical type odor and lots of shedding. After washing, it still has lots of shedding. Some areas had small holes where the chenille was missing.
Beautiful, quality bedspread! If you can get past the first washing and drying of this set, you'll LOVE it! Washing it first is a must to bring out the design and get rid of ALL the lint, and there is a TON of it! I had to clean dryer lint filter every few minutes for almost 45 mins, be aware of this! But the end result is a BEAUTIFUL bedspread! Very happy with my purchase and it was an excellent price!
The color is beautiful, and this spread is amazingly heavy for chenille. I don't roll a lot, but my husband does. There's very little straightening to do in the mornings because the weight keeps the spread in place through the night
it's very light pink. not the dusty pink as shown. it's a tad thin. i think it'll be ok for me tho
Not a great chenille texture—pattern is thin. But what's really bad is it has a strong chemical smell. The dye maybe. Hopefully that will dissipate eventually.
Love the look of these bedspreads but it sheds really bad.
When I get back home going to return it with what wash in my washer and dryer. Not happy for what I paid for it.
