Calling all Calabrian pepper lovers!
I absolutely love Calabrian peppers. I was so excited to try this sauce. I prefer thicker sauces. Pouring the jar I noticed it was a thinner consistency. It does get a little thicker towards the bottom of the jar. I let my cooked pasta soak in it overnight and added some parmasean cheese and it was delicious. I didn't have any ricotta cheese but that would probably be good mixed in also. It definitely has a kick to it. I enjoyed it but it was too spicy for my kids. I would buy this again.

Fantastic balance. Nice acid. No sugar added. Slightly spicy which wakes the palate up and doesn't make the pasta feel so heavy. Lovely sauce I recommend.

Really Good Pasta Sauce!!
This pasta sauce is really good!! It has no added sugar which is a big plus for me. It has a wonderful balance of spiciness, not too hot or too weak, balanced just right.

This sauce has good flavor and isn't super salty. It's a pretty good "cheat" for when you don't feel like making your own.

So very disappointed
Absolutely disgusting, it ruined my entire batch of pasta, and I had to throw the whole thing away because I couldn't gag it down. Pretty much only tasted like tomato, could barely tell there was supposed to be any Calabrian peppers at all, despite it being called a Calabrian Chili pasta sauce. They should have just called it bad marinara.
