I don't know why there are negative reviews on this item. I am super picky and these are incredible tarts. Tarts are not meant to be sugar bombs. However, this tart is still sweet; there is a good balance between the sweet and the tart. Typically I do not like any kind of crust but this crust has a slight sweetness and I LOVE it. The raspberry's are fresh. I'm amazed they hold up so well after thawing. Thaw before eating but don't leave them in. your frig for a week, ok? Keep frozen until you are ready to thaw and eat. I will definitely get these again and would also purchase for company. What a great find!!!

They do taste very authentic. I feel like a lot of the reviews that were negative were because someone's forgetting that they're frozen to refrigerate and consume authentic French tarts. They don't contain a sweet flavor because that is not authentic to a French pastry, made without a pastry cream, which is what makes it much more sweet. The crust does get a little soft. If you have a ramekin that helps during the defrost than leaving it in the package. Over all it is a wonder blend of simple ingredients and a great option for a less sweet alternative that still satisfies your sweet tooth.

Absolutely delicious Size was nice for dessert We added whip cream our second time having them and it was just as tasty and delicious Highly recommend if you like raspberry

Tasted good. I served it as as a dessert for my family and people loved it. It looks exactly like the picture. It's in great condition when you get it so it's very well packaged the raspberries are beautiful.

These were a mess...defrosted and mushy. We ate them anyway. Flavor was great. You just need to make sure they dont defrost before delivery. If I could get them with the assurance of being frozen and unbroken I would order them for special occasions ! Flavor is great.

These tarts are loaded with raspberries which is great. The tart itself is a bit odd, but okay. I added vanilla yogurt. I think I would have liked vanilla ice cream better, so will try that for the next one. Only 2 in package, but they are loaded with berries. If frozen, thaw for 4 hours, then serve. No baking required.

There is supposed to be a cream in these, and there is NOTHING but crust and fruit. Granted the raspberries are really good, but it is nothing like I think it was supposed to be. Either they missed the cream on both packages I bought or it gets absorbed into the crust. In either case, there was NO detectable cream in any of the 4 tarts.

I let these thaw for about 4 hours at room temperature like recommended, but honestly they were underwhelming. The raspberries didn't look very appealing once thawed, and the tart itself got very soft. The flavor was just okay, but overall I was not impressed enough to buy these again. I'd much rather get the lemon ones, which I thought were better Looks better on the box than in real life

I was very excited to try this product. I followed the directions for defrosting, which were easy. I liked the raspberries on top, but that was it. The crust was very thick (about 3/4 of the tart), and the filling was tasteless and barley apparent. The only flavor came from the raspberries on top, which just tasted like raspberries (not a complaint). Won't buy again.

the crust was soggy the filling was flavorless it wasn't sweet or tart just kinda tasted like flavorless jello with seeds will not be buying this again also price was way to high for only 2 of them
