Bought Sams bagels from Walmart for a long time but they are no longer offered so now buy Bettergoods Doublecheese, can't tell the difference at all if there was any to begin with. Used to buy Sam's bagels from Walmart for a long time, but not offered any more so tried Better Good cheese bagels %26 can't tell the difference. I like them toasted lightly %26 sprinkle with paramson cheese.

they asked for a rating on cream cheese on this bagel there's no cream cheese on this bagel there's cheese on the bagel and it was good. I toasted the bagel put a little bit of butter on it and made a breakfast sandwich out of it. and I must say for gluten-free bread it's really good. I wasn't expecting the world which a lot of people who buy gluten-free breads seem to expect. I don't because I know it's not going to be like regular bread so I just was expecting something good and it's good. in fact I just had one bagel this morning for my breakfast sandwich and I thought it was good. toasted it toasted up. well I toasted it on low and then took it out. turned it around. put it back in and let it toast again and it toasted really well. I'm thinking about going and having another one but this time yes putting cream cheese on it. I would recommend this for gluten-free people who have a hard time finding delicious things to eat that are bread-based. I wish it didn't cost so much. I don't understand why it has to cost so much when nine times out of 10. it's going to mold before you finish eating it and then when you contact the store and said this bread has molded we'll bring it in. why would I bring it in? I already threw it away. it's crazy. Walmart's policy about bringing stuff back in is crazy!

Fresh tasty bagels for cheap!

Sara July 20, 2026

These bagels are amazing for the price. They are always fresh soft their pre-sliced and have just the right amount of cheese on it and taste amazing toasted with cream cheese. I love the Walmart better goods brand they released a couple years ago more than the other store named brand equate.

Better Goods Double Cheese Bagels

Mary July 14, 2025

I absolutely love these bagels and have one every morning. I brown them in my air fryer and they come out nice and crunchy, but they're just as good browned in the toaster. They're not always in stock, so when they are, I buy 4 or 5 at a time and freeze them.

Delicious!

Jules May 5, 2026

I generally buy the Marketside Asiago bagels, which are so delicious, but opted to give these a try and they are so good! Not quite as good as Marketside, but very yummy and a bout 1.00 plus cheaper. They have a really nice cheesy bagel top,and toast up wonderfully. Also pre split which is nice. I made a fried egg with Swiss cheese and put it in this Better Goods bagel and was very happy.

Not bad

agb November 2, 2025

Straight out the pack, the smells of these is horrible (at least to my pregnant nose lol), I guess I shouldn't expect much from cheese though. They are pretty good once toasted, however. Not my favorite, but I wouldn't mind purchasing these again especially if they were jazzed up like with a sandwich or bagel pizza where the cheese smell/taste is slightly covered up

Not bad, not great

Angikaar March 6, 2025

These bagels are fine. Not bad, not great. It definitely has a bit of a bread feel to it, but it does have cheese if that's what you're looking for. I don't think it's something I'd buy again, but it's not something I would be unhappy to eat in the future.

Bagel shape but that's about it

KCNC06 November 13, 2025

These are sadly a complete miss as far as bagels go. I really wanted to like them but the taste isn't anything special and the texture is terrible. It's not bagel texture at all. They're more like extremely stale, fluffy bread. I've never eaten a bagel with texture like this and wouldn't want to.

Gross

Cleancat December 10, 2025

The number of bagels in a bag is 5, not 6, so shrinkflation . They are smaller individually as well. The flavor is awful! The Asiago cheese tasted like sour milk, not cheese. I tried then toasted and untoasted - neither process improved the overwhelming sour milk taste and odor. Threw the remaining 3 out. They were not expired and appeared to have been appropriately sealed when I got them. Do NOT recommend
