These are so tasty toasted and not toasted. When it is toasted the chips are melted and gooey. The bagels are soft on the inside. Get guilty pleasure without guilt. Yum
These are good. I toasted one, spread on sweet butter and cream cheese. Very good. I'll buy again. I haven't eaten packaged bagels in years, but my locaj bagel place that has really good bagels does not have chocolate chip. Need to try the cheese bagels next.
I'm writing a review for this only because I read the reviews of some of people saying how horrible these were.I will say these are not sweet bagels. It is called a bagel for a reason not a muffin or a donut. These are not sweet. They are bland cocoa bread flavor just like they're supposed to be . You then would put on something sweet as a topping such as the my preference Hazel nut spread that is white made by the same brand or the same brand makes s'mores spread or if you just want to have something kind of bland put some butter on it or even some cream cheese …peanut butter nut butter. But it needs something and to be toasted or yeah they aren't good! whatever…but no, you aren't eating dessert exactly except for the couple melted chocolate chips because you have to lightly toast it… so before you expect something read this .
I hope these never become a discontinued product! It's the only place I can find them. Delicious if served with cream cheese and fresh fruit like strawberries!
These were the perfect bagel. One of the few breads my system will tolerate. Soft %26 not too sweet . Hope Walmart will stock them again. Not sure why they've been out of stock for so long .
The taste was just not good. I could only eat half a begal. I literally couldn't force myself to eat the rest! (even covered in cream cheese!) I thought my son would at least eat them so they weren't wasted but nope. He said they were terrible!! 😞
Sorry but I who never met a bagel I didn't like now has. It was dry and somewhat crumbly and to me not very tasty. I would not buy again, wouldn't take them even if they were free.
I don't know how you mess up a bagel but Better Good figured out a way. This is my second time giving this brand a try and these are just gross. Texture is more like a stale, dense bread than a bagel and somehow the double chocolate flavor is also very unappealing. Save a couple bucks and get Great Value because these are not it! Also, the last time, I had gotten a different flavor and they were also disgusting. 0/10 do not recommend
These bagels are absolutely disgusting. They are plain and tasteless, with no hint of chocolate whatsoever. I just submitted a return request due to the horrible taste, and afterwards, noticed that the bagels are two days expired! I just received them today and they are expired. Do not waste your money on these. Many other reviews complain of receiving expired bagels. Beware.
I was looking forward to trying these because I love bagels and chocolate. Unfortunately, these were a big disappointment. When I separated the bagel, one half of it started to fall apart. It was SO DRY. After toasting, I buttered it, but even the butter couldn't moisten it up. I'm used to a nice, chewy bagel, and this was anything but that. I placed an online order and these bagels had expired 2 days prior.
