I bought a "Pepperoni", and a "Margherita" Bettergoods CAULIFLOWER-crust pizza. Today, I tried the "Margherita" flavor (I expect the Pepperoni to taste as good--just with meat.). Cauliflower crust sounds healthier or at least with fewer carbs, but I decided to try it. I'm VERY surprised that I liked it. This frozen pizza was easy to prepare. The bother is having to preheat the oven, but the pizza was ready (browned on edges and most of the cheese melted) within the 16 minutes (maximum bake time suggested). I like the thin crust. The only difference I noticed in this crust's texture is that it is not soft like regular pizza crust--it's crunchy and chewy. I don't have a problem with that. The toppings look and taste fresh. One other plus is the sodium count. It's less than regular-crust pizzas I've checked on, but pizza is still a higher sodium food. I will be buying the Bettergoods cauliflower-crust pizzas again.
Okay so I bought this because I threw a pizza party for some friends but one of the kiddos was gluten intolerant, so I blindly grabbed this and hoped for the best! Honestly it was delicious and if you’re looking for a tasty alternative this is where I would go!
Better Goods pizza makes a tasty gluten free pizza. I have celiac, must NOT eat wheat or gluten, os Better Goods is perfect for my gluten free diet. Even non-celiacs, like my family , enjoy it! So, I never have to worry about cross-contamination. We all eat gluten free! M-mm tasty! it’s a win-win!
This may be the best gluten-free cauliflower crust frozen pizza that I've eaten. The size is perfect for two generous servings (or more if you're having a green salad on the side). I added some homemade pizza seasoning and a few more toppings (which the crust held up to with no problem). Bakes quickly from frozen. You can pick up the slices to eat them without it falling apart. And the price is good for gf frozen pizza. It's not a huge pie, though, so don't expect to feed a group with just one.
Started getting this as an alternative to regular pizza. Was not disappointed at all. I actually prefer this option over the heavy calorie of normal pizza.
These are the best gf pizzas ever. I sometimes add extras, but they are great right out of the box. If my husband orders a pizza, I opt out of restaurant gf and fix one of these instead.
I was looking for a cauliflower crust pizza and stumbled upon this one by bettergoods. I now have a new favorite pizza. I added a little bit of mozarella and spice but could have left it as is. The crust is really good and the pizza is not too salty. It tasted light without a heavy garlicky taste. I made a salad to go with it. An inexpensive way to eat on the weekends, I already ordered another and plan to make this a weekly meal. Very satisfied customer.
Yes! More better goods brand for me! Not all cauliflower pizzas are created equally but they taste of the pepperonis, crust quality when cooked and the overall taste of the pizza did not disappoint! I will definitely buy again and am thankful for the more clean ingredients. Reheats well!
Excellent gluten free pizza! I was pleasantly surprised! However, the amount of pepperonis on this is laughable. Be prepared to add a few before cooking unless you want one pepperoni per slice!
it doesn't taste great or have very much on it unless you doctor it %26 add to it. Then it's a pretty good pizza. The crust still tastes like cardboard %26 is hard to crisp. It comes with like 8 pieces of pepperoni %26 maybe a 1/3 cup of cheese. I add everything- sauce, spice, herbs, %26 toppings to make it edible.
