This is, by far, the best tasting side dish I've ever served! In fact, I'm sure I could eat the whole package by myself! The texture is excellent, but the flavor is addicting! And it's so easy to make, ready in about 5 minutes, you can't go wrong. If you like mushroom flavor, you will love this risotto, I only wish it was a bigger package, it always leaves me wanting more…

This cooked fast and evenly in the microwave. It was the finest frozen mushroom risotto I have ever tasted. I did not detect three different kinds of mushrooms and the bits were all exactly the same size and thickness. They had a satisfying chew, firm but yielding texture and they added to the taste of the dish. Mushroom lovers will not be disappointed. The sauce was of an almost fluffy, light and smooth consistency like I have never experienced before, I guess that was from the asiago cheese they used. The rice was firm but not too firm to chew easily. I have never had this dish at a fine restaurant so I don't have a lot to compare it to but it impressed me as something special. I would buy it again and be proud to serve it on any occasion. The frozen bag had no lumps and it poured easily into the bowl for heating.

This is great and easy to make when you're pressed for time. It's definitely a side dish for two size package though. As a meal it's enough for one. We will be keeping this on hand.

Favorite new dish! My whole family requests this delicious yet healthy risotto every night! The ingredients are clearly top quality for a healthy yet decadent meal.

Delicious and creamy with full mushroom flavor. Easy peasy and quick prep in the microwave. I would recommend as a side dish but can have as a meatless main also. Added a little salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese on top. Good value.

Here we go again with the better goods brand this is a great side dish or you can make it your whole entire dinner. It's up to you no judgment here super easy to cook in a short period of time.

This was easy to prepare, and frankly the texture and taste were both much better than I was expecting from frozen. It was one of the better risottos i've had. I'm picky about mushrooms, but these were great. It loses a star because I think for the price it should have been more food.

it is very bland straight from the package. once cooked, I used the microwave, it was quite greasy. it was very bland. it was missing something. i thought salt and pepper, but that just made it a salty, greasy, bowl of risotto. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a side or a main course. ifyou have it as a slide, you could probably get 3 good size portions or 4 smaller portions out of it. if you're using it as a main course, you could feed probably 2 people. anymore than that, I'd get more packages.

The preparation was easy according to the package instructions, and the texture was good, but that is all that was going for this side dish. The taste was not desirable for mushroom rice! It had a chemical-like taste. All of it went in the trash! I only bought this because the store did not have the Knorr Mushroom rice available, and I had to get the next closest thing to the Knorr brand, and this was not it. I'm sorry, but I will not be buying this product again.
