Ok, truth be told I wanted to give this 4.5 stars but it won't let me so down to 4 to reflect this is almost perfect but not quite. I really love pistachio ice cream, but I can never find it around here anymore. I was hoping this mousse would scratch that itch. The flavor leans slightly too artificial and closer to pistachio pudding than ice cream. However, the texture is creamy, silky, not too heavy, fluffy, and all in all, pleasant. No grainy feeling or anything strange. I would buy this again. It wasn't exactly what I was hoping for but it was still very good. It's just closer to grandma's watergate salad than nona's spumoni.

Would not recommend this product based on the fact that it doesn't contain pistachios. It smells nice and has a good texture but it's kind of misleading.

I've really enjoyed the Bettergoods' mousses because they're SO convenient. I recently got this pistachio mousse because the Dr. Oetker's "vanilla mousse" was more like a pudding than a mousse. Total disaster. So I decided on this stuff. It is *shockingly* green, so be aware of this. I realize a lot of pistachio-flavored items do this, but the worst part was that it didn't taste like pistachio at all. It tastes like sickeningly sweet imitation almond extract 😖 Thankfully I tasted it before it ended up in my layer cake. That would have been disgusting. If you happen to like that cloying, imitation almond extract flavor, then you're all set! Otherwise? Don't even try this stuff.

This is literally just a packet of sugar and starch with food coloring, no pistachios in it at all. I guess its my fault for not seeing it's all artificial, but I expected better from the better goods brand.

All artificial, there's nothing better about this. It's name was confused with 'garbage goods'. ' Better goods' is completely misleading and I'm going to look forward to the class action lawsuit.
