I find it to be creamier than milk. I've actually gotten off of my creamer kick in my coffee thanks to this product. it's less Casien protein than I'm putting into my body and that makes me fill better. also it tastes delicious and the texture even resembles creaminess
I now use this in my coffee after using the highly processed Coffeemate powder for 25 years. I first started using this in my cereal instead almond milk. This brand is high quality and affordable. The packaging stands out so it's easy to spot it on shelf. My store runs out of it often so I buy 2.
This (bettergoods Plant-Based Extra Creamy Oat Milk) is, imho, THE BEST oatmilk we have gotten thus far — and, believe me, we've pretty much tried them all over the past 10 years! It's delicious; it's creamy! It goes excellent in cereal, with cookies or pastries, in coffee %26 lattés, and even for cooking and baking purposes (to a certain extent, within reason). And the 59 fl oz carton is a wonderful amount at a reasonable price. Our whole family loves this and prefers it over any other options! (Just made my morning International House Vienna Latté with a little over 8oz of it, in place of water, and "Mmmm... so good!") Important Note: This brand has minimal ingredients and contains NO CARRAGEENAN! (That's a very good thing.)
This was my first time trying oat milk. I bought it to replace my everyday creamer in my coffee routine. Also to use as my milk substitute. Was told it would be healthier. It also lasts a long time in the fridge which keeps you from having to replace it too often. I've dropped 8 lbs since switching to this oat milk (with cutting calories), You don't get the bloating feeling with this product like you do with milk. I like it!
This used to be my go-to oat milk and compared to oatly extra creamy. Now the formula has changed. It's gummy, not creamy, not white at all. I won't buy it again. Went from 140 calories a cup to 90, but took out everything that made it a great oat milk for coffee.
Please bring back the old recipe!!!! This was our absolute favorite Oatmilk for coffee. It went from being delicious extra creamy to thin and flavorless 😢 If the new recipe stays I'll be on the hunt for another brand that tastes like the original extra creamy.
I wondered why my stomach had pain, gas and some diarrhea each day around lunchtime. Then I gave my daughter a cup of this and she had an awful stomach ache until she had gas and some diarrhea. I tried a different store's brand of oatmilk and it was fine. I'm curious if there was some dairy contamination because my nursing baby also seemed to react, (we all reacted the way we do when we consume dairy) but she might also have just gotten a stomach bug for that same timeframe. Either way, I'm staying away!
The recipe has changed - the old version was wonderfully creamy and flavorful in coffee. This new version is watery and flat It's gone from being one of the best value items from better goods and example I'd used to sell some fellow dairy- free friends on shopping at Walmart to one of the worst.
This used to be my absolute top choice for oat milk and my only complaint was the cap could be a bit difficult to open so I was enthusiastic when the new packaging made it much easier to use but they changed the formula and now it just isn't good at all. Thin, not creamy and the tastes is just not good anymore.
Deceptive nutrition label. Reporting. I've bought this milk several times, the original and the extra creamy. Extra has been 140 calories from the start, 7 fat. All of a sudden it matches the original carton, 90 calories, 3 fat. The images are also inconsistent, 90 on front packaging and 140 calories on image of nutrition. I do not trust this product anymore. The “creaminess” is no different, thus deceptive printing 3g when it is in fact 7 g of fat. Plus the added sugar.
