Coconut Bread Review I recently tried a loaf of coconut bread, both plain and toasted, with butter and marmalade. Straight from the bag, the bread is very soft with a delicious flavor that's subtly sweet. Toasting it mutes the flavor a bit, but the taste still comes through and remains enjoyable. Don't expect a strong coconut taste—this bread is more of a classic sweet bread with a gentle nutty quality. Its flavor reminded me of a sweet loaf with a hint of ube, which I found appealing. Both butter and marmalade paired very well with it. Where I think this bread would truly shine is as French toast. Its soft texture and natural sweetness make it perfect for frying to golden perfection. 

This bread comes in convenient packaging. It is pre-sliced into nice pieces and has a very pleasant taste and aroma; it is especially delicious if lightly toasted—the flavor is simply amazing. The bread has a beautiful and unusual purple color. I really enjoy toasting it in the morning.

I'm loving this bread! The coconut flavor and aroma are absolutely amazing – sweet, cozy and just enough to make every bite feel special. I love it toasted with jam or peanut butter, but it also delicious straight out of the bag without toasting. I grabbed this off the shelf as my regular cinnamon swirl bread wasn't available. This one did not disappoint. I toasted it with my coffee and it's super moist and soft. It's a perfect size for a morning breakfast or afternoon snack. My next go to will definitely be this over my regular cinnamon swirl bread. The Ube gives it a sweet, but settle taste and it pairs well with the coconut. I added butter on my toast this morning and it was so delicious.

This bread is really tasty and it smells delicious. I think there is more coconut than ube flavor. The slices are a good size and the taste is slightly sweet. Tried it with honey, peanut butter and regular butter. I think this would be great as French toast.

I was pleasantly surprised with the slight sweetness and light taste of Ube and Coconut.the bread is light and fluffy even though it looks dense and the slices are thicker. I preferred it toasted with butter but I think it would make an amazing French toast! This seems to be a great quality bread and I would definitely buy again and excited to see if there are other flavors offered.

I really loved the flavor. I definitely taste coconut and ube. It's soft and good on its own. My partner toasted it and put jam on it, he liked it like that (blackberry). It's very filling. I just had it on my counter and it stayed good and fresh tasting for a while. Don't need to refrigerate unless you like cold bread. I'd definitely recommend and buy it again. I really liked this sweeter option of a bread. Recently since I discovered ube flavor I've been on my journey trying different ube items. In this particular instance the ube flavor is not as strong since I believe that coconut is what it stands out more. I truly believe that it's a great option by itself, using it for French toast or just to spread something like peanut butter or hazelnut spread.

This bread is excellent. I tried it then took it to work. Everyone at work was excited to try it because they love Ube. We all agree that it tastes good, it is sweet and a little savory. The texture is wonderful. As toast, it has a delightful crunch, biting into it is not mush or palate ripping. It is a good crunch. This works with peanut butter and I tried it as a sandwich with ham and cheese. It worked well.
