This exceeded my expectations. It's SO GOOD! Please don't discontinue this bread.

Really good ube flavor! The ube flavor is strong and comes through really well, with a nice coconut flavor and actual coconut flakes you can taste. I ate mine toasted and plain and loved it! I think this would also make amazing French toast. Definitely would buy again!

It tasted a little sweeter due to the coconut, but the flavor felt very fresh. It didn't feel too filling. It went well with cream cheese, but not as well with a strawberry spread because of the sweetness. Overall, though, I really enjoyed the taste.

I was so excited to try this Ube Coconut Bread, and it definitely did not disappoint! The bread itself is wonderfully soft and sliced thick. Between the ube and coconut, the coconut flavor is definitely the stronger of the two, and you can actually taste real shredded coconut mixed throughout, which gives it a fantastic texture. I enjoyed a slice right out of the bag, and then I decided to make French toast with it, and it turned out absolutely delicious. The thick slices held up perfectly, and topping it with lemon curd alongside the classic maple syrup complemented the coconut flavors amazingly well. It would also be incredible toasted with a bit of strawberry jam on top. I will definitely be purchasing this again and highly recommend giving it a try!

The bread flavor is interesting; the flavor is ube coconut blend which is a great usual Asian taste. It goes well with butter and i did eat it with cream and jam. It's enjoyable but not addicting…..texture is dried in the middle, I wish it could be buttery soft but I baked it so it turns out great.

This is by FAR the BEST bread I have ever had, outside of standard breads! For anyone not familiar with UBE, ube is a different variation of a sweet potato, more commonly seen in Japan, Phillipines, and other countries such as this. It has a distinct and unique taste and sweetness. Filipino people use ube in a very delicious and popular dessert called "Halo Halo". The sweet potato has a beautiful, eggplant-colored flesh on the inside. I would highly recommend this bread for the ube experience alone. Not to mention, it's paired, in this bread, with the slight sweetness of coconut. Such a fun and flavorful combination of the two, that perfectly go together. You can taste the coconut from the beginning as well. The texture reminds me of the most soft and moist zucchini bread, but with the flavors of ube and coconut. This would make a delicious French toast! My husband is picky when it comes to foods he's never tried, and I was beyond surprised when he grabbed the first slice. He went on and on about it, and we both agreed, this is perfect right of the loaf, no toasting, no butter, just as-is. I am so glad I did a Walmart search of the Better Goods foods, or else I may have never seen this. I already have more on my list, because my niece and nephew ate the rest lol I had also purchased a Better Goods raspberry zuzu fruit cream cheese, to use with this bread, but the bread was gone too fast. Please, don't miss out on giving it a try. I'm pretty certain you'll go back for more, like we did. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ohhh this is so good and im not even a coconut fan! Its the perfect blend of sweet and savory! Super soft but perfect for toasting to. Its delicious plain with butter or without! My 10yo has it with turkey lettuce and bacon its his favorite bread right now!

This bread is wonderful! If you're looking for something really unique to change up your breakfast routine, this is it! First, the gorgeous purple color makes this bread fun to eat. But even better? It's delicious. My kids, husband and myself all enjoyed it. The crust had this almost struedel type coating which was so incredible. It was sweet but not overly sweet. Perfect with some butter or jam. We think it would make great peanut butter and jelly sandwiches too.

This is the best dessert bread I've tasted in a long time. It woke up all my taste buds! You can enjoy it right out of the bag, I think it's better that way. However, I lightly toasted it and enjoyed it with soup. It has sweet cinnamon swirls and flakes of coconut throughout the bread and crust. It's sliced thick and will make the perfect French toast or any other dish, especially if you're craving something a bit sweet. I will be adding Bettergoods Ube Coconut Breakfast Bread to my future grocery list.

UNDECLARED MILK ALLERGEN ! IF YOU HAVE ALLERGY TO MILK, DO NOT BUY! Just got off the phone with a supervisor and they're going to try to fix it on their end; meanwhile, this is what they sent me --which does not match the ingredients list allergens on the website picture. Assuming you buy it at the store, it may be properly labeled; but if you buy it through the website like I did, you'll read the website label and assume that it's the same as the website picture of the bread's label when it arrives and safe to eat. It wasn't safe. It was only after I had an allergic reaction that I bothered to look at the label that I thought I already read online. They are different. Please DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A MILK ALLERGY!
