Printer did not work. Took it out the box and plugged it up, instantly an error message appeared. After several tremors to fix it, I gave up and sent it back. Waiting in my refund money. Will never purchase online from Walmart again. When you take it into the store for a refund they give you this bogus response stating they can’t refund it because it was purchased online and they are not attached to them because they are a 3rd party vendor, but you are able to retrieve the item and ship it back. Doesn’t make sense and they are liars!

My issue is not with the item itself but rather the unethical false advertising. They have this branded as "Betters" edible printer but the reality is it's simply a Canon ink jet printer that they bundled up with edible ink and sheets and then jacked up the price $200 extra (you can find it for about $100 on Amazon, the same exact model). Super shady

Don’t waste your money, it’s not an actual edible printer made by them, the label is literally paper, I have tried for hrs to connect it to my internet and it’s still not working, it’s not even letting me connect just my iPhone. I’m taking it back to Walmart first thing tmrw morning.

Horrible printer! Could not connect to the internet!! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Hours spent trying to get this printer to print! I’m returning ASAP!! I wouldn’t even give this printer one star if that were possible.
