Betty Crocker Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix, Original, 20 oz

My mom used this all the time when I was a kid. She made all kinds of things with it. My favorites were the drop biscuits and the strawberry shortcake cakes. I like how this is so easy to bake with. I don't have to worry about yeast, baking soda or baking powder. It's easy to mix and bake and always comes out great. It also makes really delicious pancakes with great flavor.

Loved that this pancake and biscuit mix came in a small box so I can use it up before the expiration date. The pancakes come out wonderful every time with regular milk buttermilk or half-and-half. I use that mix for drop biscuits that I season and add garlic powder, grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese too to simulate those good red lobster biscuits, and they turned out great every time. The impossible pie recipes come out excellent. I make the cheeseburger one and use extra cheddar and add cooked broccoli florettes. It is delicious. It's a great versatile staple to have around the house. I will definitely buy it again.

Great pancake, waffle, biscuit mix. Pros: Convenient, includes flour and rising agents, just add liquids and mix. Instructions and recipes on box. Comes in a variety of sizes and options. I think it's very economical/affordable especially when compared to other mixes. Cons: Arrived in a beat up box but was not leaking. Just a note: To make it flakey instead of oil, I like to use cubed, cold butter, cut or forked into mixture before adding liquid. Pictured is of biscuits for strawberry shortcake.

Nothing better than Bisquick pancakes, or Bisquick waffles. Chicken and dumplings. This is the only mix I will use. Follow the directions on the box and you will have the best dumplings ever.!! also makes awesome biscuits.,

My sweetheart wanted pancakes so I made "The Ultimate Pancake" (the recipe is printed on the Bisquick box.) It was the MOST DELICIOUS PANCAKE EVER!

I'm not sure if they've changed their formula over the years because I recently tried what used to be a standard years ago, but it was definitely not like I remember it. Used to be inexpensive but not now. I won't be using it again. Not good.

I used to buy this all the time tasted like they changed something because they were dry crumbly flavor was blah. The box was very small and would probably make two recipes of the biscuits.

Walmart delivered this box of Bisquick to my home last night with the rest of my order. Today I opened it for a recipe I was making and found that it was crawling with live, squirming bugs. I've used Bisquick many times in the past, but will probably never buy it again.
