Surprisingly Good!
The petite sponge cakes was an fun activity for my family. The kit made exactly four miniature cakes as advertised. The cakes were incredibly moist. The dessert itself wasn't extremely sweet like most premade desserts. The jam was a bit artificial and sweet tasting but paired well with the cakes. I added fresh strawberries to the dessert.

Fun treat to finish watching the season.
These were simple enough to make. And perfect for watching the rest of the season premiere. They were also very quick. They're a bit expensive for the amount you get but nice that almost everything you need is included.

I just love these I buy them every chance I get since these Bridgerton products are hard to get all the time. Wish I could get them all year round

I'd make them smaller but yummy!!
I might get it again but I'll use a mini muffin pan and make them bite sized. Very tasty, I feel a little British eating it. It would be great for a ladies tea.

Cake was dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the kit came with majority of things needed to create the full dessert. And the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. While the flavors were tasty, the cake texture was a bit dry, thankfully the strawberry filling helped with that. Next time I will be adding some of my own ingredients to doctor these up a bit. My family did enjoy them.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! I was making 2 mixes at the same time and accidentally added the milk for the topping mix into the batter because the images of ingredients for both flow together. Ruined the batter. $18 down the drain. Had to use a separate cake mix. The jam and whipped topping weren't that tasty. Save your money. Buy the ingredients separately.
