If you didn't know it was gluten free flour you wouldn't have any idea compared to normal flour. Very good substitute

I love this gluten free flour blend. I make cookies, cupcakes, and pizza dough with it. The rice flour is more fine than other blends, which makes it less grainy.

There is no guess work with this rice flour blend.... It makes perfect chocolate chip cookies without wheat flour! My stomach feels great after I eat these delicious cookies! I think you need more recipes using this flour blend. I would love to make some tarts with all the frozen peaches I have. P.S. my local Walmart used to carry this product but not any more. I can only find it online. This product makes better cookies than the other product that you have which is specifically for chocolate chip cookies.

Am new to gfree baking and this flour blend seemed to be a good choice since it contains the starches and guar gum called for in many recipes. I baked a loaf of bread, adding only butter, eggs, a pinch of salt and some water, and the results were wonderful. Delicious bread with a soft, moist texture! Very happy and will try it for cookies, cakes, etc.

Best gluten free flour blend I have used. My cakes come out light not dense. I measure cup to cup with my cake recipes. Blind taste test of adults and a classroom of 10 year old's. passed with flying colors. Wish i could get a bigger box is my only complaint.

Rice flour makes the food you make sweeter. Especially good in cookies

Used the flour to air fry chicken. Does not brown evenly!

I love this gluten free flour. They packed the box great and I received it fast but, But they shorted me on one box.

I have discovered that products that use Xanthan Gum cause issues as much as gluten.  I prefer Organic flour.  Gives me no gut issues and it's without all the chemicals.
