This Betty Crocker cake pop mix was very liked in my household. My daughters were able to make this themselves and I was pleasantly surprised about how cute the overall look was. They said it taste great and wanted me to buy more unfortunately my local Walmart does not have this in the store so I have to purchase this online and wait for shipping . I would hope to see this product in the stores not just for a limited time but as a permanent item. They loved it and made it alone with only a small amount of help from me ,it was such a wonderful experience watching them get along just long enough to make a wicked for good treat together.
These are really cute and tasty. I made these with my 5 yr old and she enjoyed it. We got the green and it was a fun little protect.
It was fun to do and it tastes great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that almost everything came in the box besides things i already had at home like butter and water, lol. Making it was supper fast and easy. Had my three year old help and he enjoyed the whole process.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super duper fun!!!! Absolutely loved making these and ofc watching the movie. It was easy to put together but knowing how big to make them was a challenge for me. It was easy to decorate but it dried quickly so remember that lol. We made a mess so clean up varies!
I got to try this Wicked cookie dough pop kit for free from Betty Crocker and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I love the packaging it's very cute and exciting. The product itself is fun, with the surprise of not knowing if you're going to get the wicked (green) or good (pink) dough. The kit comes with almost everything you need except for a little bit of butter and water. Making it super easy to make the dough. However, I messed up melting my chocolate, I felt like it was taking longer than it should. Maybe I didn't stir it enough. I ended up burning 1/2 of my chocolate, and I didn't want it to ruin all of the pops with the burnt favor or color, so I threw the burnt half away. Therefore, having less chocolate, I struggled trying to cover my dough balls in chocolate and couldn't cover a few dough balls. My cookie dough pops definitely did not turn out perfect, but they are cute fun to make and pretty tasty. I would recommend this Wicked Cookie Dough Kit to everyone!
Super fun to make, exciting to find out what color you get :) but unfortunately everyone's right about the taste, they taste great don't get me wrong, but it's too sweet and not your typical cake pop taste, the cake taste entirely like frosting, after you eat one, you don't want another one
Do not recommend. Mix did not make 8 decent-sized cake pops. The cookie dough fell apart when I tried to roll it in the coating. Despite following all of the instructions, the final result was messy and disappointing.
first off, 2 table spoons of butter and one tbl spoon of water were not enough. Second, once it was adjusted, there was no way to make a "ball". 3rd and last, they are waaaaaaaaay too sugary! These are not tasty and/or suitable for ANYONE. Even if you're having a sugar craving, don't get these!
The coating melts do not melt. They just turn to powder. I had to melt some chocolate chips I had just to coat them in something. The cake mix itself tastes bad. This is all around a bad product. Don't waste your money.
