Best Purchase
Buying this was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. I get terrible cramps when it comes to that time of the month. I mean sometimes I really cannot even get out of bed. I bought this for that reason and it has already changed my life. What's best is that I can wear it while I work and it lasts so long!

Totally recommend it.
It warms slow which is the reason for the 4 stars. I like that is rechargeable I can use it while I run outside (Lower back pain with each step) heat helps keep the muscles lose. I recommend it.

Total junk!!!!!
After 3 uses, while using, the battery got extremely hot!! The belt really never got warm enough to provide any comfort. The battery is in a pouch inside the belt, so it presses against your side. Very uncomfortable! Now the battery won't charge!! Absolutely do not buy this junk!!!!!
