[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally have issues sleeping but after tracking with my garmin, I wanted to improve the amount of deep sleep and REM. This supplement does work for that purpose. I found that when I take this supplement, I have better sleep. My length of sleep is controlled by my schedule, but my quality of sleep can be improved by taking this supplement.

Amazed at how perfectly this works. It's even better than the out-of-stock-for-months Beyond Raw ISO Casein PM did. This puts me to sleep so easily and solidly and it's so easy to fall back to sleep if I have to get up in the middle of the night. Don't feel groggy or anything in the morning.

I decided to try it to help myself get onto earlier schedule. I have had a hard time sleeping and go to sleep way too late because of it. It worked so well I couldnt believe it. I was able to go to sleep even though it wasnt my normal bedtime. And I woke up feeling rested having had a good nights sleep. Yay! Thank you!

I was a little afraid to try, because I've used Melatonin in the past and when i'd wake up i'd feel very sluggish. This stuff here has changed the game for me!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a great sleep aide as it does not make me feel overwhelmingly tired and it does not seem to have the morning after grog that you get with other products. I would recommend it.

Before, I would be tossing and turning in bed trying my hardest to fall asleep... Tried every other thing to help me get a good nights sleep, but with this i fall asleep in no less than 30 minutes after taking it!

I'm a analytics type bicyclist and my 'body battery' measures show I got more restful sleep and recuperated faster with this supplement after strenuous rides, compared to previous weeks. I do feel groggy upon waking, so I'll only use one pill and intermittently when my biometrics bottom out.
