The taste is on point for something with such low calories. I'm not convinced that it's going to burn any more fat than I normally would, but I also don't care about that too much. I wanted this as a daily sweet treat. Not sure what some of the other reviewers expected.

I'm as skeptical as they come so I decided not to buy this jar. As I was about to leave I noticed this in the drink can. Anyone else skeptical may have better luck with the canned drink version of this. It tasted just fine and as far as i'm concerned did just as it described. I wouldn't say I felt like i had more energy like jitters or anything but I felt like I could keep going and going and was pushing myself to keep going, I was in there for 2 hrs and only left due to time constraints.  Also felt like I was indeed focused and I was sweating like more than ever. As I was working out i had forgotten that I had drunk this like 30min prior to arrival so at first I was like wow it doesn't seem hot in this gym why am I sweating so much and then it dawned on me. Now i cannot attest to it burning any more calories than usual but just trying this for the 1st time it did what it says. I think I am sold on getting a jar.

This did exactly what it is supposed to do. Made me sweat a lot and definitely felt it. Had the energy and the burning feeling which made for amazing workouts. The taste is good, a little gritty, but overall not so bad I couldn't drink it. I would recommend this.

Not bad! Using it for a morning energy boost instead of coffee. Looking to save some calories after all the creamer & sugar I use. My usual am hunger was curbed. It helped me wait till around 1pm to eat. Was hesitant after all the bad reviews, flavor wasn't actually bad. It didn't dissolve well but I added a little more water so I could finish it.

I normally drink this mid morning or with a light lunch, it gives a small burst of energy and definitely helps curb appetite for weightloss. Midday is when I tend to get hungry or tired so thats why I personally drink it then. The only downside is the flavor, wish they had better flavors.

This product does make you sweat like it's supposed to! But i don't feel that tingle feeling like expected which is hard to judge if it's good or bad. The flavor is pretty good but you have to do more than 8oz of water as it does leave a grainy taste. One thing i have noticed while drinking it is that my mouth feel like cotton mouth while I'm drinking it. Other than that good product i feel more energized and like i am being warmed from the inside, out.

After using this product, there are a few good things about it, but I wonder if the bad outweighs the good. On the good side, it works great. I felt everything start up quickly after drinking it and before I knew it I was getting warm and started sweating. On the bad side, the flavor is pretty bad. It was hard for me to drink it with water, so I mixed with Gatorade and it took the edge off. I thought it was hard to mix as well so I got to experience the chunks and all. Function wise, it's good but getting it down is the hard part. I would recommend the capsule version over the powder for sure.

Definitely focused and a good even amount of energy. But the cayenne burned my tongue and mouth! It does not mix well and the taste is ok. I just bought some samples to try. Glad I did not invest in an entire bottle. I also take the pill form and am not impressed with that either.

Listen I was super excited to try it for the mango flavor, but to say it fell short would be an understatement. There is just a bitter and black pepper taste. I was hoping for something that gave me more of that beginning energy burst, this did not. Though, I will say it did give me the long lasting energy, and I could feel a prolonging burn post work out. I bought this based on employee's recommendation, in all fairness he said it was popular, but had never tried it

Even though it tastes bad I wouldn't care if the product worked for me. I know everyone is different but for me it didn't work. I work out daily and used it for two months. I did nit feel any extra energy and I did not loose any more than expected weight for a person who works out daily. I do hope this works better for others, but I will not buy this product again.
