Very simple, this is a product that is basically brain food and focus. I notice little to no benefit if taken during the day. Where I notice serious improvements are first thing in the morning, empty stomach, 1 scoop in a glass of water. Tastes sour, but in 10 min I am WIDE awake and ready for the day. Another area this really works well is if I need to pull an 18-22 hour work shift I start to get low on energy around 12-14th hour, I take a scoop of this and BOOM good to go till 5am and my shift ends. For me, thats amazing because I can now rotate this with energy drinks and coffee, giving each a break for a few weeks so their effects stay strong. I am very pleased with the product.

I was recommended this by a GNC employee and have loved it since the first time I've taken it. I've gone through two of them now and notice a big difference each time I take it. Definitely doesn't have the best taste, but mix it with your pre workout or r juice and it's totally fine. Definitely recommend it.

I am 30 years old and have had ADD all of my life. I am a secretary and am expected to multitask efficiently. I struggle with focusing on one thing for too long which can make me seem disorganized or frazzled even with a light workload. I love this product. It eliminates mental fog making me feel sharp, and I've noticed an overall improvement in mood and energy as well. The taste is like a very bitter cup of tea mixed with BC powder. For what the product is intended to do, which is give you clean natural focus, I LOVE IT! I just wish it were in capsule form because the taste is so harsh and bitter. Even tried adding it to my chocolate protein shake today with almond milk and still had a hard time with the taste. I know powder is the purest form, but I'd still prefer this in a V-cap myself.

I have found if you mix the product with orange juice you can get past the bitter taste. Now Im ready to try this product everyday and give it a fare review.

I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks in the morning (with and without breakfast) and besides the bitter after taste I have not noticed any benefits except for a very mild energy increase which can be obtained from an energy drink. Maybe I'm taking it wrong, but the bottle does not give instructions in how to take or how to get the most benefits of the nootropic. I Could change the railing if explained by the company how to use the nootropic properly.

This is like drinking peppered dirt that feels like you stuck a 9v battery to your tongue. I want to love it, but I just can't get past the taste. I've mixed it with my am coffee, water, protein shake, I just cannot with the taste, the aftertaste and after trying this hard, the smell. *shivers*

All this stuff listed in the ingredients is non-sense.. besides L-thanine everything else is inconsequential in enhancing you neaural state.. the caffeine will give you the rush mimicking as if its doing something but its not. ???? you have a better chance making real change by 100% pure stuff
