Bezseller U-Shaped Sectional Sofa, 110" Chenille Couch for Living Room, Light Grey

I was really surprised that I had to assemble it myself. But it was fairly easy. It came in two boxes. I like that the side arms are pillows. Instead of just wood; you can unzip it from the seat cushion. You can wash the covers on the pillows where you sit in the back pillows that you lean on. I would recommend this if you have a small living room as well. A good size and comfortable. I have a lot of space in my living room now it's not too big and it's not too small. It's just the right size for me andmy son.

The boxes came 2 separate days. So if you only get one box with half of the couch don't stress. It's a decent size. Good for a starter couch. I recommend

super cute, easy to assemble if you're goid with picture directions. It's the perfect size for a small family of 4. great for the price!!

A few of the parts were labeled with the wrong letters, other than that it was easy to put together it comes in two huge boxes. The backs aren't the most sturdy but not bad. It's comfy it's like a hard memory foam as first it's a little solid but you sink into it a few minutes later.

3 months, missing parts, zero resolution from Seller or Walmart. DO NOT BUY. I ordered this sofa in late March. It was delivered on April 2nd with multiple missing parts — the sofa has been half-assembled and sitting in my living room for nearly 3 MONTHS. I could not use it at all. I contacted Walmart customer service multiple times. Every single time, they just messaged the seller on my behalf and called it a day. No escalation, no real help. I contacted the seller (Bezseller) directly for months. They sent me the SAME copy-pasted email twice saying parts would arrive “within 7-10 days.” They never did. They kept asking me to send photos, confirm part numbers, send more photos — over and over again, going in circles with zero progress. In the end, Walmart's own supervisor told me they couldn't help because the order was “outside the refund window” — a window that expired BECAUSE of the seller's endless delays. I had to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Save yourself 3 months of frustration. This seller cannot be trusted and Walmart's customer service will not protect you.

This product was not a good option for me I paid for this item and only got half of the item , I've been trying to get my money back and they won't refund my money so it's a scam don't trust this vendor

we received this item this past February. the seams are already coming apart and the zipper shredding. I've reached out to the seller on two occasions with no response.
