Amazing in the snow

Vt winter February 22, 2025

I've run these tires on my 2500hd for 20k miles. From max loads to serious snowplowing and winter travel. I was very skeptical to run these as they don't appear they would be good in the snow. I couldn't have been more wrong. These are better than the ko2s I've run for plowing and winter travel for years. They will be the only tire I run from here out.

Love this tire , glad BFG finally has a F-rated big tire for us heavy truck guys

Walt January 4, 2025

Love this tire! Wish it was released by BFG sooner ! I have well over 30k miles on a set of 37/12.50/20's on a F450 Ford , I tow heavy with a toy hauler , haul our race trucks and prerunners and my boat . Not one complaint or issue! They have got a littler louder with miles but that's normal on a tire with wear, when new I feel they were super quite for the design ! I will be replacing with the exact same tire when they are ready .

Excellent tire for HD Trucks!

JedinAppalachia May 13, 2026

The BFGoodrich HD Terrain tires have been incredibly impressive so far. They offer excellent traction on gravel, mud, and rough backroads while still feeling stable and predictable on the highway. The aggressive tread gives them a rugged look without becoming unbearable on-road, and they handle towing and heavy loads exceptionally well. Road noise is slightly higher than a traditional all-terrain, but the durability, grip, and confidence off pavement more than make up for it. For heavy-duty trucks that see both work and adventure use, these tires strike a great balance between toughness and drivability.

The baddest tire on the planet ( in a good way)

Aex August 13, 2026

I have a Pressure washing business and i tow a trailer with a 450-gallon water tank as well as a 100-gallon Chlorine tank and also 2 other tanks that are 40 gallons. As you know liquid is a different animal... these tires have made a HUGE difference on my Nissan Titan. These tires allow me to tackle jobs off the beaten path even with 6000+ lbs. of liquid behind me, I would definitely recommend these for ANYONE who uses their truck for work.

Most definitely HEAVY DUTY!

john_1967 January 21, 2026

Been running BFGoodrich HD Terrain tires on a heavy duty truck that actually gets used. Lots of weight towing bad roads, dirt and desert. They hold up. They do not tear up. They do not wear weird. They do not feel weak once the truck is loaded. I have enough miles on them that other tires would usually be done by now and these are still going. If you need tires for a work truck and you are tired of replacing them early these work. They are tough, they last and they do their job.

Great tire for heavy work trucks that tow

ALA4503 January 24, 2026

I've always had BFG tires on my Jeeps and light pickups, but until now I would never use them on heavier trucks or for towing. After seeing the HD Terrain had an F load range, I decided to give them a try. Now I have almost 5,000 mi on my 305/70R18 HD Terrain tires on a 2025 Ford F350 4x4. The truck has a steel service body and regularly tows a 28' enclosed trailer, but it always feels stable. Off-road traction is excellent as well. Overall I'm very impressed.

BFGoodrich HD-Terrain T/A KT – Outstanding Towing Tires for Our Race Team's F-350 Fleet

Phil44 January 22, 2026

We run a race team and tow heavy race trailers with multiple Ford F-350 trucks (both single-wheel and dually configurations). As soon as the BFGoodrich HD-Terrain T/A KT tires were released, we switched our entire fleet over to them—and we couldn't be happier. These tires make the trucks feel incredibly stable, even when loaded down with heavy trailers. The enhanced stability is noticeable right away on the highway, reducing sway and giving us much more confidence during long hauls to tracks or events. What really stands out (and amazes us) is the exceptional mileage we're getting out of them—way better than we expected for such a rugged tire. They're also surprisingly quiet on the highway, with minimal road noise despite the aggressive tread pattern. BFGoodrich absolutely nailed the design here: you get that tough, capable look and performance without the usual compromises in comfort or longevity. Highly recommended for anyone towing heavy loads with HD trucks—whether it's race trailers, equipment, or work hauls. These are a game-changer.

Excellent Tread Wear

RST2019 June 17, 2026

Purchased tires (285/60R20) approx 3 years ago for my Silverado RST when I could not source Michelin Defender in the size I wanted. Tires are wearing like Iron and look very sharp reminding me of the large semi truck tires. Excellent dirt traction as I hardly need 4WD. I pull a 6x12 dump trailer and with it loaded truck rides quite smooth with truck empty it is a little stiff but with a load rated tire that is expected. The only negative is fuel mileage. I noticed a significant decline in mileage (Almost 5L/100km) . Pretty sure I will get 6-7 years out of these tires so for that I am grateful.

Great offroad, haul well in my experience but dangerous on ice

TJ230 January 16, 2026

Great tires off road, they handle my heavy diesel work truck with service bed well however these tires don't deserve a winter raring they are terrible one ice and only do well in snow and slush with heavy weight so they can dig. Nearly had multiple accidents with these tires on they were close near misses even at low speeds. Had my truck do multiple 360s doing 30km an hour down an icy hill plus can't stop even on flat ground covered in ice. Looking into grip studs so they actually do something on ice as I need the big tires and deep lugs for snowy logging roads. Definitely weren't all the hype I was expecting and am getting disappointed by the BFG brand.
