Easy to swallow. It's nice having more than a month supply at a time. I put some in a bottle for easier storage till i need to refill. Too soon to tell a difference but am hopeful for good results.

Just received this a week ago so I'll update again after I've finished the full bag. So far very easy to swallow, easy to remember to take, love that it has no flavor or side effects that I'm aware of so far.

When I first received the package, I didn't think I received the right stuff as the package was very slim. When I opened it, all of the pills were squished %26 stuck together but seemed to be intact and none were leaking. At this point, I have not noticed any change in my blood sugar. However, I've only been taking it about 2 weeks.

Actually I was afraid to take this product because when I opened the package it looked like plastic capsules not safe to take not like a normal pill or vitamin etc.
