I purchased these so that I can make sure I have my creatine on vacation, but there's so much more in this and they actually taste good

I got these supplements a few days ago %26 I feel slightly more energized since taking them. They are easy to use chewable formula with very little taste. I am interested in strengthening muscle tissue (over 70 yrs old) at the current time %26 hope these supplements will get me to that goal. There was some information referencing blood sugar so I intend to monitor my levels.

Off the bat, these don't taste that great, however, I do believe these are one of the few gummies who are true about the amount of creatine in each gummy > so the reason they don't taste great is because of quality. 3 grams of creatine per gummy so you really only need to eat one in the morning and one in the evening for a 6 gram intake which is plenty, consistency (don't skip) is what matters more. Your stomach isn't going to notice one gummy and nor does mine. Empty stomach, with food, doesn't matter.

The seal came in broken but it was disgusting.

The taste is horrible doesn't taste like strawberry and didn't see much improvement with them

Serving size is 3 gummies. Contains 30. Bottle looks half full which is the first thing that caught my attention. So for 13$ you only have a 10 day supply.
