These work. I felt the changes and energy boosts within the week I started. You're only supposed to take them 14 days and then break in between. I forgot, got used to the great feeling and less pain. Yo, these work for real!! I did stop them for about a month, and I'm back on now and feeling great. I will follow the 14 days, break for about 3-4 weeks and then go back.

It does just what it says on the label, you have bowel movements daily, it cleans you out. .If you have more gas or air coming out, it's working on thing are moving in your gut. Give it a month you will loose some of gut.

this may be gross to some however, today I had the best bowel movement I've had in years. it was pretty smelly but well worth the money. no offense to others it wasn't solid hard or runny. I've been taking this for about a week. I'm not sneezing from the allergies. I do nasal spray to keep my sinuses open up above my eye, so I can't say right now if this is helping that. I'm sure this is a great product. I have so much faith in the products that Walmart sells and if you're not satisfied, it's easy return easy change or easy refund although I did not receive this product he got lost in the mail. You know I would give it 98% that it's a great product.

I like that it is orderless. For me I can only take one per day with food as it seems quite strong and upsets my stomach which I normally don't have stomach issues.

I resolve the problem I bought my new product from resilia since it's a better brand and you can actually feel it going down so it's got real black seed oil and etcetera. Resilia!!!

Anyone who has ever taken oil of oregano or black seed oil know they each have a very pungent odor as well as a very potent taste. These capsules have neither. If you ever want to know if you purchased the real oil of oregano/black seed oil or a placebo, simply puncture one of the capsules and taste the oil inside. The oil inside these capsules had a neutral fish oil like taste. There was absolutely no remnants or evidence of oregano or black seed oil by smell or taste. This is now the 2nd time I have purchased highly rated, yet FAKE oil of oregano online and had to request a refund. I will be making future purchases from somewhere more reputable like a Sprouts or Whole Foods where I'll have more assurance that I'm actually getting what I paid for. Take my advice and save your time and coins. This product is 100% NOT what it is advertised to be.

It's not 9,000 mg as printed on the front of the package... look at the back !! They start with 9,000mg of extract that they take a part of and package into a softgel with 300mg... soooo... your receiving 300mg per gel !!! I don't know if all BFQN products are a scam... but I do know ALL the BFQN gels I've received are a complete SCAM !!! ... so BEWARE of everything else !!!

I have bought oil of egg oil with black seed oil from Health food stores, and you could smell the oregano when you open the bottle and you could also taste it. This cannot taste or smell. I believe it's a fake product.
