it's delicious. not too spicy. it's great on anything you would put traditional hot sauce on. my husband doesn't like anything hot or spicy but he loves this.
This was my first time string Korean hot sauce. I was blown away by how good and different it was. It really is a slow heat that adds flavor to your meal, rather than normal hot sauce that takes over the flavor.
I am obsessed with this sauce! It's more complex than most other hot sauces, versatile for any cuisine (pizza, eggs, other fantastic Bibigo products), and the perfect amount of heat.
I was looking for a good size bottle/container of godhujang! I think it's a good size and very convenient to have on hand!
I've had gochujang sauce before, but this one has a really perfect balance of not being overly hot/spicy. I love it. I put it on pizza, even. 🙃
bought for my husband and he likes it
Good flavor but super hot!
It's probably good on Asian rice dishes but cannot replace sriracha ever.
Nothing wrong with this sauce, but it's disappointing nonetheless. Based on glowing reviews, I expected it to be spicy hot. It's neither, at least for me. It is mildly hot and has some flavor, but not nearly enough. Even inexpensive Mexican-style sauces I've bought at the dollar store have more zest.
I was hoping this would substitute for my fave scirachi sauce that is hard to find since COVID. Perhaps this is an acquired taste, it was rather watery too. The reviews were good so the acquired taste thing may be at play.
