These pens are a basic writing ball point pen. the pens are throwaway when the ink is used up. I bought the pens to use as an everyday writing tool. Nothing special about the pens. Great Walmart price for me who lives on Social Security monthly allotted money, so I buy from Walmart because of the great prices.
The colors are vibrant and varied. The ink flows as well as any ballpoint pen, the caps close tightly, the barrels have 6 sides smoothly made round. You get a lot of bang for your buck here! I got these to use on some super cheap ($1.25 store) notebooks with super thin paper, so the ink wouldn't bleed through.
I can say I am very picky when it comes to pens. some are just too bulky and uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. this product is perfect, in my opinion. writes smoothly, no leaks or smudges while writing and comfortable to hold and write with.
My FAVORITE pens! These pens are a must-have! The colors write so vividly. I’ve bought plenty of pens where light colors like the green are hard to see; however, with these pens, all the colors are vibrant. I love how easily the ink flows from the pens.
I've loved Bic pens since grade school. Bic is still making dependable pens, and I always find myself going back to them after disappointment after disappointment with expensive other types. I keep an assortment of colors and ink types on hand for different types of writing. This one is an everyday go-to for general note taking. I like the Bic Round Grip Fine Point pens for detail spaced writing. These are the opaque pen shafts. I also like Bic Cristal Xtra Bold 1.6mm pens when a thick, dark ink is needed for emphasis. The $1.97 10-pack of Medium Point Bics from Walmart will last years! My budget thanks you. :-)
Did it start? I had to draw a small half circle to get the ink moving, which had a great flow. Usually, I have to circle a lot or I get a dud in a pack of this price.
Pens are priced well and come with many in a pack. Bought these for my brother who seems to lose pens all the time. He shared them with those he resides with.
Until recently, these were my preferred pens because the ink was a nice dark, easy-to-read , and the writing ball produced perfect, even, smooth and scratch-free writing. But the ones I received recently are substandard; the writing is scratchier, there is more resistance in the nib when I write, the ink does not flow as freely as it used to, and what used to be lovely dark ink is now not as dark. Too bad. Now it is just a cheap pen. This used to be a very good product.
These not only don’t work but you can’t get the protector off the bottom of the pen to write. When you try to pull it off, you’ll take out the entire ink tube from the crystal pen case. Since when did these cheap pens come with protectors anyway?! They’re only $1
I don't know why this received high reviews. I got so frustrated with these pens that I decided to write a review of my own. First, it's impossible to take off the cap easily. You shouldn't have to put so much effort into a simple device. Second, almost all the pens have very bad ink flow. All 10 pens are wasted because the ink stopped flowing at not even halfway used! Third, the ink is too light which takes the interest out of writing notes. This is cheap for these reasons. I would never buy BIC products again.
