I always buy the large pack like that. The cigarette lighters are perfect for I use in my cigarettes. It fits just right and I like the variety of designs.

Very pretty designs that match the description.
I like the mini Bic lighters for my fancy holders. This order was better than the last one, each lighter has a different design and no repeats. Also it was shipped in a cardboard box which is better than a bubble envelope.

Mini Lighters
Bought these before never had a problem. Ordered 2 packs of 8. But I got one pack of 8 and one pack of 7. Didn't look tampered with just saying that it was missing a lighter. It would be nice if I could find them in Walmart stores again. Don't like the larger sizes. Miniature ones are so much better.
