I've used this for years because it works better than the more expensive shavers. Leaves my skin soft and silky.
I stopped buying disposable razors a long time ago because they always nicked my knees when shaving but i decided to try the disposable bics and had no nicks on my knees i was super pleased with this razor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am so happy with this razor! I've tried others but I always end up with nicks and razor burn. Not worth these!!! After using my legs were silky smooth and looked amazing!! I will be only buying these and will recommend to everyone!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I have used these for over 10 years, I love them and I have very sensitive skin. My boyfriend steals them from me for his face because they're cheaper than the guy brands, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish they had a bit more of moisture strip. Still a great deal for them and I absolutely love when they do the bonus packs, I stock up during those sales.
Silky %26 smooth is a good description- you are able to reuse 3 times if careful
The BIC Silky Touch razor was great in a pinch. If I was going on a camping trip or someplace where I needed something fast, and cheap I would grab this set. It worked great and wasn't super harsh on my skin. Now this compared to a 3-4 blade razor sure, it's not going to add up but if you are looking for something on the cheaper side, and does the job this would be my go to. I've seen these razors before, but was hesitant to try them because there were only two blades and no aloe strip. I was wrong on those points - the razor actually gives a really great close, smooth shave with no skin irritation. The problem is with the handle. There is no grip whatsoever and it's rounded, making it incredibly difficult to hold on to - especially with wet, soapy hands. So the whole time I was getting this awesome shave, I also held a death grip on the razor, terrified that it was going to slip sideways and gash my leg open. If this thing at least had a flat handle, it would be perfection. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I tried Bic Silky Touch Disposable Razors and they did their job. Not having a lubrication strip left me with razor Brun though. I'm not sure why they cost so much either. I can get three times as many no-brand razors at the dollar store for less than the cost of two of these. Super basic razor with no frills. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The price for two razors ($5.09) is exorbitant. I usually get 14 of the same razors for $3.99. Very disappointed. The advertised picture shows at least five razors in the pack, but at the bottom in fine print says 2. This was misleading especially in these hard times with so many people unemployed, including me.
I usually use the family dollar brand razors and only cut myself every once in a while but with these i cut myself 3 times even when i very very gentle. I will buy these again ever.
