These pencils are GREAT---no smudging. Recently there was a mathematical boo-boo in the church checkbook and I had to erase several entries in the checkbook register. It was a smudgy/gray mess. I bought BIC Xtra Smooth Pastel Mechanaical Pencils No. 2 and now there is NO smudging, and the pages are white and can be easily read. Love it. Like the pretty pastel colors of the pencils, too.

The erasers work great and don't leave smudges, particles, or tear the paper. The pencil lead makes nice, dark marks and is easy to click and use. perfect.

I am a school supply junkie. My kids are grown and I miss “ back to school” shopping so still buy a few cute things to donate and a few to keep. These are great. The pastel colors are a hit!

These pencils are so cute and they're so aesthetic. The lead is nice and then it's not too thin. It's not too thick. It comes with a good amount of pencils and they're so cute. I like the color.

It's very cute, mechanical pencils. I think it beats every other basic one it doesn't break easily. It doesn't. Run out very cute for like high school or elementary school or middle school. I personally love these mechanical pencils.

These are my "go to" pencils. I love a mechincal pencil because I can keep it in my purse without the tip breaking off (I use a paper planner and write in pencil). My kids lover them too. Compared to other brands I have tried, these pencils are much better because the erasers don't break off easily and the graphite holds up well when writing (other ones it breaks easier). I love these pastel colors.

BIC has been around for so long and there's a reason why. Writes so smoothly, cute new colors and always dependable.

Not as sturdy as they used to be. No comfort grip that used to be included. Color is nice. Will get the job done for an inexpensive mechanical pencil.
