I put this together with no issues. You do need to read directions to see which pieces to snap together. It says to read carefully bc if you snap wrong pieces together you may have a problem. So i went slow double checking as i went. I was able to put a small foam cooler in it for my cold deliveries. Thats been extra helpful. So im glad I got the 100 gal. plus fits my dog food deliveries with no problems. All stay dry.

Great item at a super low price. Came well packaged. The pieces are marked and snap together BUT there were no assembly instructions except what I could see online on the original product images. It takes two people and a little muscle to assemble. Also did not have any screws included for the lid hinges but I had some so it was OK. Overall this is a VERY nice box and holds a ton of items for my back porch and spa tub area.

Took about 20 minutes to assemble - was a little tricky. Nice and roomy. We use it for delivery pkgs - it keeps everything dry inside even during hard rains. It's very lightweight so we added some weight inside. Bought on sale for $68. Would not have been happy if paid full price ($199) because it's so light.

The product came as promised, but assembly was not that great, you have to double check to make sure the markings i.e. A, B, C. D, %26 E are in proper position, which the letters are not that easy to see due to the blending on the plastic. Also, assembly is a bit confusing but not too difficult as you can almost figure it out by common sense. However, applying the TOP, was the most complicated and most critical, as you "must" line up the TOP hinges perfectly or you will break-off a hinge, as they are plastic that fits into place. When I pushed as the installation suggested I broke off one the small bulbs of the hinges. It' still functions ok, thanks to the hydraulics that came with it. I'm not sure I would buy this item again. Personally, I would pay a bit more and get a sturdier unit. Overall, though, it serves the purpose of storing the outdoors cushions for the chairs when not being used.

kind of flimsy. kind of cheap. It's not airtight. You can see the light through it so that means bugs can get in it. And moisture can get in it. It holds my things that I'm okay with getting wet but I cannot put beach towels, beach chairs or chair pillows in it or they will get mildewy from the elements outside.

Putting it together was easy until i went to attach the lid. The materials are so flimsy and cheaplg made the weight of the hinges caused the lid to flip backward and snapped all 3 hinges off. Have tried contacting company for full refund for nearly a week now with no response. Walmart has tried as well. Do not waste your time of money on this storage box its way too flinsy and breaks very easily.

We received it about 3 hours ago and just started opening the box when I noticed it was damaged. Apparently it was damaged before it left one of the warehouses because someone put tape over the hole in the box. I'm disappointed and will be returning it tomorrow.

The product itself was OK. I would have been happy with it for the money I paid. But it arrived damaged, the corner of the shipping box was damaged as if it had landed on it after being tossed. The deck box itself was damaged and bent. Top won't fit on the bottom or stay closed. I have requested a refund or replacement three times and the company won't respond. The customer service is non existent. I've never had much of a problem with Walmart before, but they need to stop doing business with this company if this is what I get.

terrible. Terrible. Terrible Customer Service. we spent over an hour putting this together only to find the top had a hairline crack going along the lid. The seller took no responsibility. Told us to communicate with Walmart. Communicate communicated with Walmart three times without satisfaction. This deck box was all put together, and they kept telling us to return it in the box which was impossible each Walmart customer service rep told me a different thing and as of this writing, my problem is still not resolved the deck box would otherwise be OK for storing questions, but the cover is extremely thin plastic and cracked upon arrival

I wasn't ready to assemble the item because of the weather and didn't think anything of it because the box it came in was undamaged. I opened the box and found it littered with little broken pieces. It's past the 30 day return period and now I'm out $70.
