Always a quality product, but not always easy to find in stores . Love to shop at Walmart.com for things like this.
Love the tagless feature, no sticking in the back of the neck. V-neck is the only way to go, does not "strangle" me. Has a long "tail" so it doesn't pull out of trousers. Shirts are very durable; I've had some for well over a year and they are still in good condition.
Bought mine 1 month ago. Couldn't find them in stores by me, so I went online. With all the walking, bending, and crawling around I do I needed the XL T-shirts from Hanes. Love the extremely soft feel I get from these and will definitely be buying again in the future.
I purchased what I thought was the same item a couple months ago. however I now realize these are 'standard" weight, and I bought "beefy" T in prior purchase. Big difference in weight. These are tall, and fit just like the Beefy T's, but I prefer the Beefy T weight.
Both my husband and adult son have long trunks. These t-shirts are exactly longer so they stay tucked in, even after all the up & down of working in an office! Best invention yet for a man's undergarment. Too bad they were on back order for so long. Winter months were crucial!
My last ComfortSoft V-Neck undershirts were size XL, fit OK at first but after a few washings, I couldn't tuck them in, and they binded me under the arms. I am 6'4" with about a 48" chest. I've bought Hanes V-Neck shirts for years, and always wore XL, and my old shirts still fit. So, I figured I'd try again, figuring that the sizing has changed a little. So I went one size up in girth, and found the big & tall extra long. These things are so big they should be labelled 3XLL, not 2XLL. I have a number of 2XL T-shirts and they fit me well. I now have washed these things in hot water and dried them in a dryer, and they are still way too big. The XLs I had bought seemed to have shrunk 2 sizes by about the third or fourth washing. Going to try a different brand. A shame, since I've been a Hanes customer for about 30 years or so.
I have worn the "tall" size for years and like the extra length. Fabric was nice weight & feel as usual. But this is the second order in a row hat the hem stitching came loose and unraveled in the very first washing of the garment. I may have to search elsewhere for my undershirts.
Took forever to receive, nearly 2 weeks. In this day and age, nothing should take 2 weeks to ship when items are in stock Okay, the 3X t-shirts are too small and just a bit larger than the 2X (3X needs to hang lower below waistline). However, the 4X is way too big (short sleeves go to elbows fits more like a 5X) and the material is much thicker. Hanes should find middle ground between sizes.
I used to be able to buy these at stores, but they don't appear to be available anywhere. It is the only t shirt that is long enough for it not to come up out of my pants or bunch up in the armpits. It is also very comfortable. But, at this price it lacks durability and the stitching, especially around the neck hem seems to be poor and unravels easily. I need the shirts for the size, love the comfort, hate the quality of the stitching.
I bought regular length Hanes v-neck and they shrank so much I can't even tuck them into my pants. I decide to get the TALL v-necks for the "extra 2 inches" and even after washing and drying they are still below my mid thigh. Even the arms are too long. After wearing the tshirt for an hour or so the tshirt material sticks out past the end of the sleeve on my button up short sleeve uniform shirt.
