Also bought for a gift, but I gave the gift early and my son loves him so he has the qualities is good. He come comfort abilities good ruggedness is good. He loves it.
I bought this for my son who works outside in Texas. The weather is constantly changing so he can wear a jacket over the Bib in the morning and remove the jacket in the afternoon when it warms up. Also it gives him great range of motion rather than that of a closed coverall. Thank you Dickies!!!
I am 6ft tall and weigh 190 lb. I bought the XL regular and they fit well. In my opinion these are pretty comparable to other top brands of coveralls out there today. I have worn top manufactures brands, so I believe I am familiar with what is offered as far as insulated work clothing. The only difference is that these cost less. I am pretty rough on these things and I am still able to get three to four years out of them. If you are in the market for insulated overalls or coveralls I would not hesitate to buy a pair of these.
Insulated Bib Overalls are an excellent product. The construction and workmanship are both very good. I appreciate the details including leather-like reinforcement at key areas of wear, the heavy-duty zippers and the stretchable waistband. Bear in mind these tend to run large. I ordered a large and had to return it in exchange for a medium. My normal pant size is 33x32. The medium fits great.
Very warm, comfortable and well made. Had to order the medium short...definitely runs long. I am a 5'9" 165lb male, and the medium regulars were so long that I had an extra 4-5 inches of pants length dragging below my ankles even with boots on. Returning the one pants for the other was relatively easy and quick.
I brought these a while back for my dad, and from what he told me they kept him warm.. The only thing to consider is unless you're really tall (like over 6 foot) you should order them in short...i had to exchange the first pair i ordered for the short
I purchased for my son for Christmas because the over the bib suspenders are expandable. He loves He hasn't worn them to a job yet as he's at a dirty job currently but they pass all the fit and comfort tests so far. May change to a 5 star once he actually wears them to a job site.
I bought these for work. I am a commercial/industrial HVAC man. I typically have to work outside when its nasty and cold out. I wear regular dickie work pants, under armour long sleeve, a work teeshirt, hoodie, and these new bibs. Keeps me plenty warm. If its 0* or below, I usually put a jacket on over top. I am about 5'6, 145 lbs. i bought these in medium with short length. They were still way too long. I was able to wash these in hot water and dryed in hot heat. I got them to shrink some so they werent as long. I dont like baggy clothes. They fit halfway decent now. But they are warm. Hope they hold up. I work, grt dirty, and to the point
I wore these once for a job. While the insulation did keep me warm and kept my clothes from getting dirty, the front main zipper broke after a single wash. The side zippers are also not working properly. Considering how much I spent on these and how long I'd waited for them to get in stock, this was a huge disappointment and nowhere near the quality I'd expect from Dickies.
Bought these as a gift. After my husband wore them once, the buttons that hold the straps up broke through the fabric. Apparently the backs of the metal buttons are not substantial in size to hold the fabric. Being able to sew, I was able to make my own repairs. I was not happy with this product.
