Love it for value cost and comfort. Fits true to size. However there's a thread or such that came damaged and with a random slit in jacket. Need replacement so dealing with return and all is a unwanted hassle but I like the comfor to value ratio I'll do it

Planning to return. It's a good Black Friday deal, but the quality is not great. There are lots of loose seams and thread hanging everywhere. Doesn't look like it will last a whole season. It also has a very narrow fit. I wear a S/XS top (size 2-4 pants) and got a medium so it would be roomy over layers. It's not roomy at all. It's actually kind of tight in the hips and arms.

I was surprised that other reviews called this warm when it looked very thin. I thought maybe the photos were deceiving and bought anyway. Those people must live in very mild climates. I am in New England and this is not a warm enough coat. Returning!

Looked good on an influencer video but material feels a bit cheap and there's an odd, not soft, boucle bit at the collar. I knew the hood wasn't removable but it just is too bulky and also small to have on when you're not using it. Couldn't zip the large over a long sleeve top so it runs small. Returning.
