This chair is fantastic! Way better than I had imagined. It's huge! The assembly was so easy. I got the mesh fabric which I think is better than the cloth ones. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This chair is awesome! It came in three boxes so I was a little worried that it was going to be difficult to put together but it was only about 15 minutes of work. The instructions were very helpful and now I'm sitting in my very comfortable chair. I really love the hidden cup holders feature, and that it doesn't make a lot of noise when I push the remote to lift. I got this for my mom while's she's temporarily living with me after her knee replacement and it's been so very helpful. It's very easy to clean too, which is great since I have pets and kids that make a lot of messes. 🥴Overall, given the price and quality of the chair I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I am a tall, large female who needs double hip replacement. I sit and sleep in the chair due to hip pain not allowing me to lay down or sit in just any chair without assistance to stand. PROS: This chair allows me to get up and down easily. I had family members put it together and they did it in about an hour. No complaints as far as I know about assembling the chair. I really love the massage and heat features. I also love that I can stretch out flat almost like a bed if I want to. In many ways, this chair is like an adjustable bed. It is way more comfortable than I thought it would be. CONS: The only thing I wish it had, a battery capability so if power went off I could still lower myself down. Greatful that it came earlier than expected and was worth the wait!

I really wanted to fully like this chair. However, I can't do that because of 1 key mentioned features.The chairs massage feature is not any good. Even on high can't really feel it. So I must warn you. ⚠️ Dont buy for the massage feature because it isn't worth it as it needs work or repositioned. Otherwise, this is a decent chair so far.

i like the chair itself. firm, not squishy. wide seat. BUT thr plug for the massage %26 heat feature was damaged when i got it. contacted seller twice with no response. recline functions all work welll. cup holder works for bottles with secure lids but not open coffee cups because it tilts when open.

I put chair together. The massage and heat didn't work and then four days later the chair stopped working all together in the up right position . I have tried to contact Walmart. I tried to contact the seller. I have also put in a claim to have the insurance to pay for it. Do not buy this chair.

Missing 1 of the boxes. I do not have the bottom of the chair. I've messaged seller and Walmart multiple times. Still no resolution after 2 weeks. Trying to return now but still no response from seller. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.

I am disappointed that this chair will not lift me high enough to stand. I'm 6 ' 4" tall and weigh 365 lbs. I need to boost myself up to stand and my arms are plenty strong but there no support to push against to stand . I have to rely on in home health to boost me up enough to stand and grab my walker, I will never buy anything like this from Walmart again. I realize there are no returns but I can see how seniors are treated by retailers. . Just wanted you to know.

We bought this chair after looking at lots of different ones. This one had everything we were looking for but didn't live up to the stats. It said hold up to 400 lbs but the backrest broke on day 31 of owning it. We were not rough or abusive with it. I Leaned back to adjust and the left side just cracked and completely broke. I'm currently trying to return or get a refund. We will see what the manufacturer has to say. Nothing should be broken after a month. Terrible construction. Looks great but doesn't last.

States the chair is rated to 400 lbs. I weigh 330. Started falling apart within a month, part of lifting mechanism broke today. Nice chair, but do not buy if you a a large person.
