Fantastic non-stim pre-workout at a great on sale price.

I get a great pump off this one. I'm hoping they keep the flavor as it's just the right amount of sweet of the black berry and sour of the lemonade. I feel really energized even though there's no caffeine. The pump lasts long too. I work out for 1-2 hours nightly after work and it keeps going all workput. Highly recommend!!!

Great flavor. The blackberry lemonade is always my go to, definitely satisfied with what I got. For a non caffeinated pre, you feel pretty awake and alert, by far the best focus I've gotten from a non stim formula. The pump is just something else as well. It just makes you feel like Cbum on a good day. I've taken it a few times before a shift at work, it definitely lasts and gives you a good mood about the day. I also do a labor intensive job, the first 3-4 hours are practically a workout. Take as recommended and definitely dose to your liking. All around a great pre, or serious energy boost.

Sleep is the most important factor if you want your training to result in gains. If you're like me sometimes you have to choose between sleep or a great workout. That's why I bought Big Noise. I can still get a quality workout without interrupting my sleep cycle with caffeine at night! I honestly really enjoy this pre workout even during the day.

If you're looking for a preworkout without the caffeine, this is what you want. As with all RedCon1 products, the flavor on the label is absolutely what it's going to taste like. It doesn't make my blood tingle like stim-types. The blackberry-lemonade flavor is more of a sour flavor and has a bit of sweetness to it. Take a lesson from me. Do NOT use it in your morning fruit smoothie in combination with vanilla MRE Lite. The taste was so weird with the berries, kale, spinach, and powder. I'll be taking this by itself before my workouts to get those gains from now on. LoL

I am not a vascular guy. I've noticed that, every time I take this before my sessions, my vascularity improves. No itch, no shakes. Just pure pump. It's a two edged sword. It feels great during and after but, like all things, good pumps must come to an end. I've enjoyed this product so far. I would highly recommend if you're looking for that extra rush of blood for that pump we all chase.

Love the Non-Stim workout, helps push through a tough workout without feeling like I have bugs crawling on my skin. I tried the watermelon, and wish I hadn't. Has almost a bitter taste to it, maybe it's just mine. I also bought the tiger blood, which is probably my favorite flavor. can't go wrong with that.

Terrible taste

I've lost 70plus pounds in almost 2 years using yalls products. I love them. But there are times like this I'm disappointed. My blackberry lemonade was busted open. And I'm just getting home to see it. I'm an fuel hauler. So I don't get home often. And I try to pre order everything. But I'm at a loss on thus one. I was really looking forward to it.
