Chamomile tea is great for relaxing (also good for your belly/gut). I've tried other brands, but Bigelow is the best. It's also fine for dogs. (Probably check with your own vet to be sure.) My beagle kept begging for my coffee, which I know isn't good for dogs. So I went online to see what I could give him while I'm having my coffee. It suggested chamomile tea. He now has his own cup for our “coffee time.”

Highly recommend this chamomile brand - due to its grower source being consistent and in good growing conditions. There are other chamomile brands that vary per batch source, and can cause irritation rather than relaxation!

Bigelow Cozy Chamomile Herbal tea has a nice mellow flavor. It's a very calming and relaxing drink; especially since there's no caffeine in it. It's a good value for the price.

I don't usually care for lemon teas with their sour aftertaste, but this one is perfectly balanced and delicate. No overpowering peppery ginger flavor to it. And the beautiful floral scent is intoxicating. I can't stop sniffing the envelope while the water heats up.

I love chamomile tea. I kind of wish they had an option for organic powdered honey in it though, so it already was ready to go, but it’s pretty much all I need for the morning to calm down and get a good relaxation and some people need to calm down. Some people need to ramp up. I like the relaxation of drinking 10 ounces of chamomile tea in the morning. It also helps to settle my stomach. I like mine at room temperature. I might be a psychopath though lol

so good for you!!! i have tried many different brands but always return to Bigelow. Yummy! i drink it warm or cold.
