Bigfoot 18 inch Combination Snow Shovel with Adjustable Ergonomic Handle by EMSCO

This shovel works amazingly well. It seemed so lightweight at first that it might break under loads, especially in the cold weather. But it's been fantastic. It's even been a year-round tool also. It helped while we moved some weeds out of the garden and was GREAT for clearing out drywall and foam insulation when we demolished and renovated our second floor. I didn't think the twisting action would come into play as much but it really makes a difference.

This is the only shovel I will use. My back isn't the best and with this shovel there is no bending. To get the snow off you just spin it. It would be nice if there was a metal edge on it. My first one looks well loved from the worn edge. That one is now at my parent's but it still works great! My husband thinks I'm crazy because I love this shovel so much.

I love the design. the swinging handle takes a little to get used to, but it is very good at eliminating the need to bend over to shovel the snow. I purchased 2 of these shovels 5+ years ago and the edges were getting too worn down. The new shovels do not appear to have the same quality as the older ones. The plastic is noticeably softer and I don't expect them to last as long. I have used it twice and can see considerable wear on the edge.

The shovel is ergonomic and the extra handle can be adjusted since it runs along the screw ridge on the main handle but it didn't survive it's second winter. It's good to shovel light snow, but yesterday the snow was very wet and it broke.

I had received a snow shovel like this a few years ago and the end was wearing down, so I got 2 of these since I loved the design. The ones that I received only scoop snow on the edges of the shovel. NOTHING in the center!!! They are totally worthless. BIG waste of money

shovel is light weight and hard to maneuver. The plastic seems flimsy and not rugged for snow removal. Very disappointed
