Self-tapping screws do not go in easily
Self-tapping screws do not go in easily. I hurt my neck and shoulder trying to make them go through heavy steel shovel arm. I had to drill the holes. Holes should have been predrilled by the manufacturer.

ordered this for my husband, he really likes how the handle is made. he said that his back doesn't hurt has bad using this shovel for the snow

Excellent shovel Requires Assembly
Excellent shovel for snow. I have the same model of shovel and have used it. However, it was shipped with the handle disconnected from the blade. Which would not have been a problem; however, the handle had no holes in it for the screws. The screws included were self tapping; however, not near strong enough to cut the metal handle. Assembly required a drill for pilot holes to be placed in the included handle.

Comes unassembled
The snow shovel arrives in a box unassembled with self taping screws, however the holes for the handle are not pre-drilled or even dimpled.

No way to secure handle to shovel.
Overall good quality, but the shovel I received did not have holes in the handle to secure the shovel part to the handle. Walmart sent me a return label and I am receiving a replacement shovel. The shovel came with screws but no way to secure the handle to shovel part without holes in the metal handle. I am pleased with the prompt response from Walmart customer service, but disappointed in the shovel due to quality.
