I love this sofa and it's very comfortable. I'm a 68-year-old woman who lives alone and decided to assemble it myself. I found it fairly easy to put together. I'm used to using tools. I would suggest adding a bit for the bolts and screws for those of us who have screw gun even though you added the needed tools. I have a small space but the 10-ft sofa looks great!

Purchased for my daughter’s first apartment. Very stylish, comfortable and light weight for ease of moving. Highly recommend. Assembled myself in approximately 3 hrs. Happy with our purchase!!

I’m obsessed with this couch, it looks amazing, feels sturdy and comfortable, and totally upgraded my space. Once it was finally put together, it was absolutely worth it. But wow! The assembly instructions were a nightmare! They were confusing, vague, and out of order, which turned what should’ve been a simple setup into a long, frustrating project. I had to take sections apart and redo them more than once because the directions just weren’t clear. Bottom line: fantastic couch, terrible instructions. If they fix the manual, this would be an easy five-star product. Buyers, brace yourself for the assembly of this couch!

DON’T DO IT. This couch is so cute… until you look at it. Then the cushions shrink down into the couch, and every little speck of dust, hair, past failures, all your hopes and dreams are all the sudden stuck to the fabric and no amount of lint rollers, not even the strongest vacuum in the world could get any of it off. You could take the covers off to wash them, if you’d like to spend the rest of your life trying to somehow get them back on. One sit on this couch and all the sudden I’m beating eaten by it. Don’t waste your money, or your sanity. You’re welcome.

SCAM. Was only provided 1/2 of the product, and on the wrong delivery expected date. Have been trying to deal with Walmart for a month now with no replacement or refund. Absolutely terrible customer service from Bigsyy with no responding and Walmart for not honoring purchases made on their website.

Really poor quality couch! Can’t say anything great about it. From the material to all the hardware, nothing about this couch says durability! I don’t except this couch to last long especially with everyday use. I reached out to customer service %26 I could tell right off the bat they weren’t gonna be smooth about it. Telling me that a defective item is not a damaged item. Well it’s definitely not functional. Told me if I follow through with the return I would only be getting “PARTIAL” of my almost $700 I spent %26 thats after they inspect to see if it’s still resealable. This is the worst experience ive ever had making a purchase. Returned the couch and after they have received the couch (that was not taken out of the box) never gave me my money back for the return. Extremely unprofessional, and refused to give me a number to talk to someone over the phone.

I only received one box out of two. It is a couch so I need the other half. I have contacted customer service to get a refund and nothing. I spent allot of money on this and did not get my full shipment I will return the one I have but want a full refund. I want Walmart to pick it up.

Have tried to contact seller multiple times. Half the couch was delivered, missing the frame and an ottoman. No response. Spent $900 and not getting any answers or a refund.
