This was so easy to put together. Not many pieces. I love the led lights. They are so bright and have many modes. It does come with a nice remote but not sure for what lol. But definitely a cool feature. Nice quality materials used and the lumbar support is great for those long nights in the chair. It looks really sturdy and strong. I would buy again. It has great adjusting modes to suit your taste . Everything came well packaged and well made.

Bought this for my 11 year old grandsons bday. He freaked out!! He loved it. The lights are so cool. There are so many options and colors. Very good deal for the price and fast shipping. Box was kind of torn up in transit but the chair wasnt damaged and he loved it. Huge score for this GIGI!!!

I purchased this chair for my daughter who needed something that looked cool, but didn't break the bank. I found it to be very easy to assemble. I think I had it together in about 20 minutes. It's study and comfortable and it looks cool. I may have to get a second one for myself.

Brought this chair for my son’s room as we are changing to a gaming theme. Haven’t had the chair assembly for 2 days and the pillow has already busted and zipper is not catching to stay zipped together

Not very supportive for an adult! There is no message function or speakers like advertised!

The seller sent me a defective chair. Only half of the lights work and when I asked for a replacement, "Lee" stopped responding to my emails. Wal-Mart customer service hasn't been much help either. It’s been many days of dealing with the run-around.

very disappointed with the chair was excited to plug it in with my son so he can set up his desk it only works on one side 😞 when the box came in it was damaged and busted.

Assembly was easy, no hassle there. Once build it looked nice and okay sturdy. Once my son sat down the back rest fell apart and we heard a pop. This chair didn’t even last a day. Cheap material/plastic.

Awful quality product contacted customer service after product arrived damaged prices sticking out of boxes and scratched purchased 3 of these for Christmas gifts look like random parts in used condition thrown in to boxes arrived damaged in plain brown cardboard boxes clearly repackaged poor customer service when attempting to return shotty merchandise buyers beware you are not getting what’s in the picture
