This chair isn't as plush as the expensive massage chairs but comfortable and super easy to use. It does everything the expensive over priced massage chairs do. Unit was well packed and delivered when scheduled. Great purchase.

I have severe pain every day. I haven't actually had a goodnights sleep in years. The first night we had it , I made sure it was working. When I went to bed I slept like a baby!!!

This is the best purchase we have made through Walmart. I live the chair, though the instructions arent clear, you can figure out how to puece it together. Minimal parts to assemble.

It's a great chair for value, although if you are taller than 5'6, or have a long torso, your arms don't fit correctly in the arm rests. Otherwise a nice chair.

Nice chair for the money. Pros- heat and very relaxing, not disappointed in the quality, I have used it at least twice a day since it arrived. Easy to assemble, maybe 5 minutes. Cons- Definitely cannot handle larger ppl for them to be comfortable it is rather narrow, no tall ppl would fit over maybe 5' 10” and however to place your arms in the slots for the airbags, I need about 5 more inches length on my upper arms. Foot massager can hurt sometimes. The neck massager only hits the correct spot when I'm in zero gravity and that is with me using a large pillow to sit on during the massage. Otherwise, it hits the lower portion of back of my head. For reference I am 5'3” 170 pounds well proportioned. Last but not least, the name Bilitok is embroidered across the head area, the picture does not have that on description. So for aesthetics it isn't nice to have the name across that. The name is only covered when you're in the chair. I may try to see if I can pull all the threading out but afraid to damage it. I will look at it better and decide.

If it wasn't so aggressive on my feet it would get 5 stars. Best gift ever though. I fall asleep on it all the time

I could see why it was discounted honestly it wasn't worth the price they were originally charging, nor was it worth the price that I actually paid for it

chair is not built for anyone over 5'8" and weight over 150lbs. Company is really shady and does not issue refunds if chair arrives broken. Walmart gives you the run around to get a refund. DO NOT BUY.

The chair was delivered in a box that wasn't even taped closed very well. It s was missing a piece to the chair, not sure if it fell out in shipping since it wasn't packaged properly. I tried multiple times to email the seller and never heard back. I ended up returning the chair to Walmart.
