BILITOK Massage Chair Zero Gravity Full Body with Heating and Bluetooth - Black

We didn’t expect to like it as much as we did, but it exceeded our expectations. Got it in November on Black Friday so it’s yet to be seen if it lasts for years, but as of right now we love it. We use it pretty much every night, and even more so when we play tennis, pickleball, or workout. One setting works so well that it makes your back sore the next day but it’s a good sore. My mom has a $1200 massage chair and this one ($800 regular price but we got for $700) feels exactly the same as hers. It’s nearly as good as the one the chiropractor puts you in after a readjustment. 100% worth it so far.

Chair arrived a week early, a pleasant surprise. Fedex delivery man was courteous and professional. Chair is enjoyable and relaxing. Has many features, including touchscreen. Comparable to other chairs that cost thousands.

This chair is wonderful — it does exactly what it's supposed to do and is easy to install. The airbags, the heat, and the zero-gravity feature are the best parts. It's truly worth every dollar! It's a great investment in your health, especially if your job requires you to be on your feet for long periods and you have a lot of pain and stress built up in your back. I honestly recommend it. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

First box containing the two arms came on Friday, second box containing the chair came the following Wednesday . so five days apart ,not bad at all. Both boxes were in perfect condition and so was the chair. Put the chair where you want it ,lift up the back and it locks into place . put the seat cushion and back cushion on as those have hoses that need to be connected , then you connect the hoses on the arms as you click the arm into place and put two screws on each arm and the chair is completely assembled. It was very easy we bought the blue and beige, which is absolutely beautiful in person , my husband is 5’11 and 220 lbs. he has no problem fitting in the chair. it would be nice if the whole digital screen lit up instead of just the middle but for the price it’s fine. i absolutely LOVE my chair so relaxing after work for a massage 1 thing is the control panel should be lit. but not a deal breaker for me i don't think it takes up a lot of room, and the heat feels so good for my fibromialgia

What I like about it massage is your whole body It relaxes you to relieve the pain and the nerves that are bothering you doing that day It looks exactly like the picture. I love it

Fortunately, my mother is the sweetest, it didn’t ruin her holiday, but it sure ruined her surprise! I have pictures %26 videos that I will upload on YouTube for proof since they clearly have false advertising reviews. The two arm pieces came with missing parts. I only received half my chair. Only the sides. I do not know where package B and or C is but I have no Christmas present for my husband ow with part of a chair. I really didn't need more stress to deal with on an order not delivered. Now I have to take extra time I don't have to deal with this issue.

Came with no instructions been reaching out for a month. No one returns call.
