Has been reliable, works well, easy to assemble and has wheels to help move the item around on a tiled or flat floor. bluetooth works well and adds to the relaxation of using the chair. i use this everyday! thank for the great product at a great price point!
Purchased for my husband as a birthday gift. He loves it- I love it even more. Delivery was timely. Heavy but managed to move and assemble on my own. Lots of options to customize and all features work well. Save so much money coming home to this chair rather than paying for a massage outside.
Overall, it's my favorite this to do after a long day of work! I do not like that there is not an option to turn off the ambient lights. Some of the controls are confusing. I usually just press auto and let it go. The rollers are a little uncomfortable at times so I put a blanket over the chair and it helps.
It feels good but as a massage therapist and having used other massage chairs it does not have enough functions. The heater doesn't really get hot. It only went in circles in a couple places. Didn't vibrate, didn't move up and down. Not worth $699 (that was half price for the holidays) the airbag that squeeze was the best part and the neck massage. The speakers are not loud. The menu sucks very complicated.
Item did not meet the needs for us. Tried to initiate return and it has been horrible customer service. Walmart customer service said to contact Bilitok, bilitok says to contact Walmart. Both are making you go in circles and this is not an easy item for elderly people to go to the store and return. Have contacted Walmart and Bilitok 6 times and no help has been provided. Do not buy if you may even think of returning.
Instead of a massage is more like a torture chair. Very uncomfortable cheap and made for a very very small person. I'm 5,9" 150lbs and this chair is way too small. Feels like it's designed for an alien because the arms are for someone with very long arms, short legs and a very long torso with no neck. Looks cool with the lights for an alien but not comfortable for a regular size human
The quality is horrible product if you are looking for quality please skip this chair. Yes, it looks good but it's totally garbage. This product actually potentially dangerous foe some such as myself. I used this chair 2 times and each time I was left with bruising in the areas that kneads. This product was purchased November 16, 2025 and I tried returning it December 10, 2025 and have had nothing but disappointment after disappointment with this product. BUYER BEWARE...TRUST THE REVIEWS ESPECIALLY THE LOW ONES TO SEE THE COMPLAINTS OF THE PRODUCT. I WISH I HAD OR I WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN CONSIDERED THIS PRODUCT AND ESPECIALLY ANYTHING FROM THE SELLER OR COMPANY!!!!!!!!
The chair is great. Review is for delivery! After leaving a detailed message where to place chair, it was left out in the open under my carport for anyone to steal. I asked that it be placed inside my gate where front door is🤦🏽♀️ Seller should read delivery instructions and pass along to FedEx. Had to leave work early to secure package!
The height description is incorrect. If you're under 5'2 it's not comfortable and you can't use it correctly. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
I wish you could put ZERO stars, terrible company they have no control of their logistics, if they don't want to have a bad time better not buy from this company, if they are really a company, good luck if they take risks
