Billy Blanks Jr.: Dance Party Boot Camp

I'm not a dancer, so I was worried that I would not be able to keep up, but this was easy to follow. As I become more familiar with the steps it will get better. I really enjoy the uplifting energy and positive attitude. It really helps to keep me motivated.

I have bought several exercise videos in the past and just couldn't stay interested enough to keep going. Just wanted one that didn't feel like someone was barking orders at me or where I was watching a bunch of women show off their moves or scantily clad bodies. And I love that his wife is in it with him. I was sweating 10 minutes in and was amazed when the 30 minutes were up. His dance moves were easy enough and he didn't jump from one move to another before you ever figured it out.

I bought this after seeing it on a t.v. show. My son loves it as an alternative workout when he wants to stay inside and not go to the gym.

Bought this about a month ago and LOVE it. I was sweating up a storm and was very easy to follow. As an older person ( in my 50's) I did do the modifications and still got a good workout. His wife is a little high strung but I love her she very good. They work well with each other. I am going to order another one. KEEP UP GOOD WORK BILLY JR. Remember dad was the man in the 90''s

Anything Billy Jr and Sharon do INSPIRE you!!! INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, ENCOURAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the most wonderful opportunity to take their classes in Hollywood, and to work with Billy & Sharon was the best experience I have had at any workout class EVER. Who gets excited when they are heading to a gym or some spin class, when you see everyone around you judge you because you don't look like a human Barbie doll already. Billy, Sharon and the whole expierence made me WANT to go to the classes. I ACTUALLY LOOKED FORWARD TO THEM!!! Go figure (smiles & laughs) These people and their workout regimen makes it FUN. Way aheadof zumba, which in my eyes is a copycat of this. Anything Billy & Sharonput on DVD is truly worth owning. They should have all the success zumba stole from them. (IN MY OPINION)
