to everyone that say they dont stay on I use to have a set the ones that look just like these ones but they where the ones showed on tv and what I did was put them in a bowling water and put them in the microwave for like 15 to 20 sec and they fit just right because the plastic stuff that inside is like gel and when it heated up in water it softens it and with it still little hot or soft you put them right over your teeth hope this help...

Worthless
Spent a few days researching and watching videos to try to get these to stay on properly. They lay over the front of your teeth, like a veneer, but do not stay on. A complete waste of money.
