This is a very simple AC to install and 6000 BTU but same price as a 5000 BTU. I'm 75 years old and put together and installed the window by myself with a hammer and a screwdriver as indicated I recommend highly purchasing matter fact I am going to purchase another one for my guest bedroom in case my HVAC doesn't cool as well in this 95° to 98° weather.

its working good its not as loud as people are saying my last ac was very loud cool very well I like the app so far

Fairly easy to install and cools the space we put it in quite well. We did purchase a larger unit than needed for a small area, but did so intentionally so that the cool air would also trickle into the rooms across from it. Thankfully, it does help.

Everything is made cheap nowadays, why do we put up with it and spend more money buying a better product what happened to quality control? No surprise the price is double. this would have been in $99 unit. what it used to be a couple years ago. when I first turn it on it makes a turning sound not the motor but something else that moves. p and it makes that noise the whole time until you turn it off like it needs oiling. it runs okay press COOL and it's better. I needed an AC and I couldn't afford anything else. so see how it goes. I'm not going to return it and I'm not going to put a warranty on it.

It is good but little noisy

I just took it out of the box and it has an error code. Trying to figure out what's wrong or take it back to Walmart. Very frustrated with this product.
