Very cool and comfortable. Size was just a tad small, but works after mastectomy. Like the shape, stays in place in Hanes bra that has a pocket. I did not know this about my regular bras and was glad I didn't throw them away. Thinking of ordering more and just stitching them into sports bras.

Positions well in bra. would like it to be a little wider toward the center of the chest and come with a cover pocket. Thanks

Love them!
They need offer round inserts. i didn't see and. the insert i ordered moved out of place alot snd I ordered the large size. I wished they had availability of two more larger size. when the insert dtays in place it is comfortable but it needs to be a little more flexible.
Really not a good shape. Kind of an odd unnatural shape. Moves around too much even in the mastectomy bra. Better than nothing but I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it
