Not very comfy, thin cushions

not worth the money
pain to put together, very small and not worth 350 , doesn't have a cushion for of you pull out the part next to lounger, in pictures advertised shows cushions.. yeah there's not one and the back rest is metal so yeah im disappointed

None of the couch pillows fluff up like the photos show.their all loose %26 flat looking.so upset..

I was very disappointed with the sofa I received because it was not the pull-out model I expected. I reached out multiple times for assistance, but my concerns were never adequately addressed, leaving me frustrated with both the product and the customer service experience.
